5 Operation Directions: Airpressure Treatment Steps: 1.Connect the airtubes to the according outlet. 2.Connect the power wire,then press power switch to start the machine. 3. Set Treatment Timer to the desired time using the and arrows. 4.Set the Airpressure modes Mode 1: Arms Massage This mode you feel Arms have airwave massage,which can tighten the arms muscle and make arms slender. Mode 2: Waist Massage This mode you feel Waist have airwave massage,which can tighten waist muscle and make waist slim.

To choose 1 second,which means both air infration time and deflation time are 1 second 5.Set the desired Airpressure power (1~7 levels) 6.Press START to begin the airpressure treatment 7.Press STOP to pause the airpressure treatment Infrared Heating Treatment Steps: 1.Connect the Infrared Heating Wires to the according outlets. Notes: Have to connect each Infrared Heat Line to the according outlet so that can adjust the temperature.if the digtal tube shows EO,which means the wrong connection of line and its temperature can not be adjusted at the same. The temperature(from 35 C to 80 C) of Each zone(from ARM-1 to LEG-2) can be set freely as you like,and the temperature of each zone can be different

8 Each zone can work independently or can be set to work tegether as you like 2.Press OUTPUT CHOSE,the ARM-1 indicator lamp is on. Set the desired temperature for ARM-1. Press START to begin the ARM-1 Infrared treatment. (Press STOP to pauze the ARM-1) 3.Press OUTPUT CHOSE,the ARM-2 indicator lamp is on. Set the desired temperature for ARM-2 Press START to begin the ARM-2 Infrared treatment (Press STOP to pauze the ARM-2) 4. Press OUTPUT CHOSE,the WAIST indicator lamp is on Set the desired temperature for Waist Press START to begin the Waist Infrared treatment (Press STOP to pauze the WAIST) 5.Press OUTPUT CHOSE,the LEG-1 indicator lamp is on Set the desired temperature for LEG-1 Press START to begin the LEG-1 Infrared treatment (Press STOP to pauze the LEG-1) 6.Press OUTPUT CHOSE,the LEG-2 indicator lamp is on Set the desired temperature for LEG-2 Press START to begin the LEG-2 Infrared treatment (Press STOP to pauze the LEG-2) 7.After doing the above operations,the Infrared Heat will work on different part of body; 8.Turn off the power when stop using the machine,pull off the attachment and store the machine and suit well.
