5 How to use 1) Connect the each USB type of the terminals from the mask to the rear panel. (Blue TAIL: For Face / Black TAIL: For Neck) 2) Turn on the power after connecting DC power supply (adapter) to the back of the body. (Make sure that the default setting is set to 05:00 TIME on the display.) LED MODE 05:00 630nm + 830nm 415nm + 830nm 630nm + 415nm + 830nm Depending on the intended uses, select the LED wavelength and press the TIME button on the right to increase or decrease the time setting. (Initial setting is 5 minutes and the variation time is 5minutes. Min 05:00 Max 30:00) IP MODE ip01 1) The operational time is fixed for 5 minutes. 2) Press the button to switch into IP MODE. (If LED light is on, it indicates IP mode is ready to work) 3) Adjust the intensity by pressing the button, initial current intensity is set from IP01 (Intensity Range IP01 ~ IP05) 4) No matter the LED MODE and IP MODE operate simultaneously, the MODE works only for 5 minutes. Caution : Please use IP MODE with Opera Mask pack if using IP MODE.

6 How to use HOW TO USE OXYGEN SUPPLY NOZZLE To use oxygen supply nozzle Connect the hose from the oxygen generator(optional) to the oxygen supply nozzle as shown. LED MODE 1) MODE1 : 630nm(Red) + 830nm(IR) Simultaneous irradiation 2) MODE2 : 415nm(Blue) + 830nm(IR) Simultaneous irradiation 3) MODE3 : 630nm(Red) + 830nm(IR) Rotated irradiation in order 415nm(Blue) + 830nm(IR) 630nm(Red) + 415nm(Blue)

Do not place any wet objects near the product, When products get wet, cable off and call A/S center. Do not try to use it with wet hand. Do not try to shock the product and do not use the products when it`s broken. Do not try to open and alter the product. It may cause fire and electric shock. Check if there is dust or foreign objects on the connections of power. OPERATIONAL CAUTIONS Use the mask after reading directions. Be sure to use the IP mode with Opera hydrogel mask pack. Using the equipment without pack has a risk of burns. Recommend to use for 10 minutes per day. There is a risk of burns when operating the IP mode continuously for a long time, Continuous use is prohibited. Take advise to a doctor in case of epileptic or hyper sensitive of light. If you have experienced the following symptoms: epilepsy, photosensitivity disease, heart failure, skin sensitization or idiosyncratic, always consult doctor first. Activate the LED mode after wearing a mask and eye-guard. Wearing a mask after the LED mode operation can cause glare caused by bright light. Before using, you should put eye guard on the eyes in order that it protects eyes against LED light. If redness, viscous bleeding, itching, etc. occurs during or after use, discontinue using equipment immediately and seek medical specialists. STORAGE Keep away from the direct light, high temperature and moisture to store. Keep clean by wiping it after use. Avoid excessive pressure in order not to have breakage. Keep away from the children.
