Cannulas The Comfort Soft cannula is made of medical grade silicone materials that make them the softest cannula available. Patients that are not used to wearing a cannula will be compliant and those that are will not get skin breakdown from the cannula Non- Rebreather Masks The Westmed Non-Rebreather Mask is proven to deliver a higher FI02 than other masks. ET Tubes D&D Medical represents the Parker Tube family of ET Tubes and Standard ET Tubes from Sun Med. Parker E.T. Tubes The Parker Flex-Tip tracheal tube has a flexible, curved, centered, tapered distal tip geometry that is designed to facilitate rapid, easy, non-traumatic intubation.

Tubes The Parker Flex-Tip tracheal tube has a flexible, curved, centered, tapered distal tip geometry that is designed to facilitate rapid, easy, non-traumatic intubation. Parker ThinCuffs are made of polyurethane instead of PVC, and are much thinner than the PVC membrane typically used to form conventional ET tube cuffs. The thinner, more pliable polyurethane cuff membrane is designed to provide a gentle cuff seal against the tracheal wall at a lower intracuff pressure. Standard E.T. Special Feature #1 ASP manufactures gloves using a material that matches our skin s normal ph balance. Without this balance your skin can become irritated causing excess sweat and often breaking out of the skin. Special Feature #2 ASP washes the gloves 4 times in the manufacturing process. Glove manufacturing requires the use of emollients and surfactants. These can effect the skin in a similar manner as an allergy. Other manufacturers wash their gloves once and remove the required amount of these items. This leaves chemicals on and in the glove that can potentially cause excess sweating or even breaking out that the person wearing the glove often mistakes with allergic reactions. ASP gloves are virtually free of these emollients and surfactants eliminating most or all of the sweat potential and skin reactions. Tee Piece Resuscitation was available for several years as a Hardware device and has only been available in a disposable form for since NRP and AWONN recognized the need for Tee Piece Resuscitation in 2010 and refer to it as T-Piece or Tee-Piece devices. What is it? Tee Piece Resuscitation lets the clinician pre-set PIP and PEEP settings so there is no variability in breaths delivered, no loss of PEEP, and virtually eliminates the potential of injuring a patient due to distraction, or inexperience. Why is it? In EMS and Hospital situations where a neonate or pre-term neonate needs to be resuscitated are infrequent and there are many distractions.
