The KMACS 5 controls the air supply, communications (optional) and monitors the depth for 1 or 2 divers. There are 2 versions of the KMACS 5 panel - with or without comms. Products are sold based on end user applications only and are not for re-sale. All prices are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted for major accounts. Prices prevailing at time of shipment will apply to all orders including back ordered items. Applicable excise, sales, use or other taxes will be added as required. Shipping costs are additional to the prices shown in this document. $10.00 handling charge for all orders under $50.00, including parts orders. TERMS AND DISCOUNTS Accounts that fail to maintain a current status will be moved to C.O.D. or Prepay status. Orders will not be processed for past due accounts. No deductions may be made in remittance on invoices due without prior issuance by Aqua-Lung of a credit memo to cover such deductions. Aqua-Lung credit memo numbers must be quoted on remittances where deductions have been taken. A 2% service charge per month for all past due balances or a $50.00 Administration fee will be applied, whichever is greater. Service charges are assessed after invoices become more than 30 days past due. There is a $50.00 charge applied to all returned cheques. No cash refunds. Credit only on account. All orders will be F.O.B. Victoria, BC, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser. Claims for merchandise damaged, lost, or not delivered must be filed with carrier within 10 days after receipt. A return number must be issued by Aqua-Lung Canada for each specific return shipment. Customer account number and issued return number must be marked on the outside of the carton. Unauthorized return shipments will be automatically returned or placed in storage at the customer s expense. No return shipment will be accepted freight collect. Authorized returns of saleable merchandise, other than shipments made in error, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any applicable freight charges. WARRANTY Where factory irregularities are found in current merchandise, following authorized return of such merchandise, Aqua-Lung will make replacement or repair without charge, if such claim is deemed justified.
