3 QUALITY / INSURANCE Tenacore is dedicated to continuous development of repair and manufacturing capabilities to meet the growing needs of our valued customers. This includes keeping up with current technology as well as identifying commonly replaced parts. Tenacore manufactures OEM-compatible products to help customers reduce repair costs. ISO 13485:2003 certification has been obtained to ensure continuous improvement. As one of only a handful of ISO-certified repair depots, Tenacore is further distinguished by being registered with the FDA and the State of California as a medical device manufacturer. We apply the same stringent quality, monitoring, and tracking requirements to both our repairs and our manufacturing. Tenacore is committed to ensuring the quality of innovative medical products, accessories, and services by meeting customer needs while complying with required regulations and standards. Quality management system is always maintained through every process delivered by Tenacore. All products are repaired and tested on-site to manufacturer s specification by OEM trained technicians. Per the FDA and ISO standard, all test equipment is calibrated at specific intervals and is traceable to NIST standards, ensuring the accuracy of the repaired and manufactured devices. Tenacore ensures a superior quality system over other service and manufacturing depots by: Conducting 100% quality control inspection on all finished devices and repairs Complying with ISO 13485:2003 Complying with FDA, most international standards, and other industry standards for Quality System Requirements (QSR) Having complete traceability for all devices that are manufactured or serviced Two product lines with CE approval 510k approved medical devices Tenacore maintains full product liability insurance; the level of insurance is reviewed on a quarterly basis, taking into account the nature of the products and services we provide, industry notices regarding any of the products that we repair, contractual requirements, and the level of sales of the various products and services. Adult Model (1500 series) Pediatric Model (800 series) VACUUM SAFETY OVERFLOW TRAP Tenacore s vacuum safety overflow traps are designed to be light weight, reducing stress on wall outlets, and durable. Should a collection canister overflow or be incorrectly connected, any liquid will collect in the trap bottle before getting to the suction regulator. As the fluid level increases in the trap bottle, the float will rise and seal off the inlet to the suction regulator, preventing aspirant from fouling the suction regulator. Safety traps are available with a variety of outlet connections. See ordering information below. Replacement parts for overflow safety traps are available in kits of 5 of each part. If fewer than five pieces are required we recommend purchasing complete trap assemblies. Replacement fittings are also available; all are sold individually and have 1/8 MNPT connections.
