1 : Anti Roll Bar / Sway Bar / Stabiliser Bar 1. Remove metal bracket of original rubber bushing. 2. Remove old rubber bushing and clean bar. 3. Find slit on new poly bushing and slide over the bar. 4. Refit metal bracket. 5. The installation is complete. ME: Metelastic Bushing 1. Remove worn OE bushing by pressing out or using a blow torch. 2. Ensure outer metal casing of original rubber bushing is removed, which can be done by cutting with a hacksaw and knocking out with a chisel. 3. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges. 4. Use mechanical press to install new bushing, making sure that it is in the same position as the original bushing that has just been removed. 5. The installation is complete. : Mechanical Lock (with Metal Sleeve) 1. Remove worn OE bushing by pressing out or using a blow torch. 2. Ensure outer metal casing of original bushing is removed, which can be done by cutting with a hacksaw and knocking out with a chisel. 3. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges, so as not to 4. Remove metal sleeve from new poly bushing. 5. Lubricate inside and outside of new poly bushing with multi-purpose grease. 6. Press new bushing into the arm, ensure the most tapered flang faces the arm when pressing in the new poly bushing. 7. Bench vice or mechanical press can be used. 8. Once the bushing is inserted, tap the metal sleeve into the bushing using a rubber mallet. 9. The new bushing installation is now complete. P Installation Instructions - Page 1

2 ML-: Mechanical Lock (with Poly Inner Bush) 1. Remove worn OE bushing by pressing out or using a blow torch. 2. Ensure outer metal casing of original rubber is removed, which can be done by cutting with a hacksaw and knocking out with a chisel. 3. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges, so as not to 4. Lubricate inside and outside of new poly bushing with multi-purpose grease. 5. Tap outer bushing into the housing. 6. Tap inner bushing into outer bushing. 7. The installation is complete. MT-V: Mousetrap - Vertical 3. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges, so as not to 4. Lubricate the inside of the outer bushing 5. Tap outer bushing into the housing from the top of the arm with a rubber mallet. 6. Tap inner bushing inside the outer bushing from the underside of the arm. (Do not attempt to remove the metal sleeve from the inner bushing). 7. The installation is complete. 3 : Power Steering Rack 1. Match bushings in the new poly power steering kit to corresponding bushings on the power steering. 2. Remove the corresponding original worn bushings off the power steering. 3. Replace the worn bushings with the corresponding poly bushings. 4. The Installation is complete. : Rotational (Metal Sleeve) 3. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges so as not to 4. Remove metal sleeve from the new poly bushing. 5. Lubricate inner part of the bushing with multi-purpose grease. 6. Tap poly bushing into housing with a rubber mallet. 7. Tap metal sleeve into poly bushing. 8. Installation is complete. R-: Rotational (Poly Sleeve) 1. Remove original bush by knocking out with a rubber mallet. 2. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges so as not to 3. Tap new bushing into housing with rubber mallet. (Do not attempt to remove the centre bushing as it rotates inside the outer bushing). 4. The installation is complete. 4 : Spring Shackle Bush 1. Take the weight of the vehicle off the leaf spring. 2. Unbolt the shackle hangar. 3. Remove the old bushing off the bolt. 4. Replace with new poly bushings. 5. Bolt up the spring shackle to the chassis. 6. The installation is complete. S: Spring Bush Style 3. Clean housing with sand paper to remove sharp edges so not to 4. Remove metal sleeve from new poly bushing. 5. Lubricate inside and outside of poly bushing with multi-purpose grease. 6. Press two bushing valves into housing. (Rubber hammer or by hand). 7.
