Corrections to the above Almanacs are placed on at the following intervals: In early January (covering the period since going to press in June); and thereafter at the start of each month from February through to June. There is no repetition, except where an earlier correction is modified by later data. 2. We thank those who have contributed helpful suggestions, all of which are considered and, if feasible, included. Please tell the Editors as soon as possible of any corrections to the Almanac(s) thought to be necessary, particularly as a result of experience at sea. 3. Ed Note: Windfarm craft are using marina u berths until new facilities fully operational. 147, DOVER, Ed Note: Work is under way on the Dover Western Docks Revival (DWDR) scheme. This aims to redevelop the harbour and build a new enclosed marina along the E side of Prince of Wales Pier. This will be backed by new waterside properties. Work has been undertaken to lower the Prince of Wales Pier, which has a buoyed exclusion zone along its eastern side. Navigation, tinted box, add new final bullet: Extensive redevelopment of the W docks and Prince of Wales Pier is underway. Avoid buoyed exclusion zone marking new marina. Ed Note: Seasonal swim zone buoys (1st April to 31st October) are laid in a line parallel to the beach, and these significantly reduce the bay area for sailing and anchoring. Access to the slipway can still be gained via a red/green lateral buoy gate, provided that permission is obtained first.
