3 COMMENTS FROM THE PRESIDENT OUR SERVICES Nate Goodwin President and founder of All Points Boats Inc. leads the team of yacht repair specialists from the ground up. I strive to deliver consistent quality work to our clients in order to accomplish our goals we wear a lot of hats at APB hence the name. We never know what is going to come at us next. We are constantly adapting to our client s needs. Quick reaction time and a deep bench are some of the many reasons we have achieved such success. Our ability to maneuver through many types of projects sets us aside from the rest of our competition. for our clients to receive premier workmanship on time no exceptions. The expansion of the business has been a natural progression, as we saw weakness in the industry we moved to fill those voids, by acquiring the right team of men and equipment we have been able to train staff to accommodate those difficult journeyman shipyard tasks. In short we take all the hard jobs that need to be done fast and correctly the first time. Our staff of 50 plus employees provides us the depth to facilitate the emergency projects that need to be done in short order with few headaches. There is not much we haven t seen by now and that is a huge benefit for our clients. Our ability to trouble shoot problems, set up projects, manage large numbers of staff and sub-contractors on multiple projects at once sets us aside from the guys working out of containers and the back of their cars. We have invested huge amounts of time and money into equipment, training, safety, and management our goal is APB takes great pride to be recognized as the go to spot in such a competitive market. 4 CLASS INSPECTIONS APB provides class compliant testing and repair for all major classed yachts, APB works closely with Lloyd s, ABS, Rina, MCA, BV, DNV, and U.S. Coast Guard. APB has developed a very long list of class approved trades provided for the yachts. (Welding, Plumbing, FRP, Valve testing, Safety rails, Mooring Gear, re-powers, exhaust repairs, sea chests, running gear, underwater lights, stabilization systems) APB is fully prepared to handle all of your special survey needs and work closely with the class societies to prepare the yachts for the required annual inspections.

5 WELDING APB holds class-approved certificates in all types of metals found on yachts. All welding is done within the warehouse, and is the highest quality of workmanship in South Florida. Although APB specializes in sea chest fabrication, hull extensions, hull plate repair, cupronickel piping, and vessel restyling, there really are no parts of a yacht that can t be fixed by APB s certified welders. PIPE FITTING APB is well-versed in seawater systems on all sizes of vessels, and works closely with all major manufactures of valves and pipe systems. Known for their ability to exceed standards and fast response times, APB removes, inspects, repairs, and replaces pipe work.

6 MACHINE SHOP APB strives to deliver the highest quality machining, which is why it has recently upgraded its lathes and mills in order to be able to create parts that are unobtainable elsewhere. All the essential machine tools are located on site, and when parts don t exist, APB manufactures them in order to complete projects in a timely manner, making it easier and more convenient to accept a lot of walk-in emergency work. COMPOSITES Capable of building anything in Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) imaginable, APB has a seasoned crew of highly-trained and experienced laminators, fabricators, and mold makers. The ability to make molds and loft parts from drawings, as well as the high standard in refit and repair, is what sets APB apart from the competitors. Other services the team is skilled in include vacuum bagging, infusion, core replacement, hull repair, tank fabrication, exterior modifications, and vessel extensions, to name a few. Furthermore, APB works with all Medias carbon fiber, Kevlar, and standard conventional material. Panels can be built upon request, and a variety of sheet material are stocked for sale to the public. Because APB has experience with different types of damages to a wide variety of vessels, the Lauderdale Marine Center (LMC) has become the one of the main repair facilities for damaged vessels.
