1 Sophisticated Design Creates Room for Good Communication Reemtsma in Hamburg has added a conference centre equipped with functional furniture from the fina series. The client was very content, since the task was fulfilled absolutely, and within budget. Gunnar Beier, Head of Sales, Gärtner Internationale Möbel, Hamburg Founded in 1910, Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH in Hamburg today is a complete affiliate company of the British Imperial Tobacco Group. In Germany, Reemtsma employs more than 2,000 people, about half of them in their Hamburg headquarters. Due to the rising need for communication with internal and external partners, the Management decided to set up a closed conference centre offering the right type of room for every kind of talk and meeting. Reemtsma entrusted planning the furniture concept to the renowned Hamburg furniture store Gärtner Internationale Möbel. Reemtsma placed great importance on a formally unified design throughout all the rooms, while differentiating both in terms of value and function. In this sense, the different training and conference rooms were to follow a consistent design concept while being clearly different. So fina became the product family of choice, since fina was developed by Brunner specifically for the conference area: sporting a modern design and offering a wide array of sophisticated functional solutions. The table system in the conference rooms is fina conference, which also offers very large table sizes. It allows for many combination options and perfect media integration. Thanks to the MIS Netbox, all necessary power and PC connections are at hand. Depending on the respective table shape and size, either central column or double column frames were selected, either with T-shaped or Y-shaped feet. The perfect match: fina cantilever chairs and finasoft conference armchairs featuring a comfortable fully upholstered seat shell. Also deployed are trust folding tables as well as stacking chairs and barstools from the delicate looking milanolight series.
