1 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION Members, Visitors and Member Guests are permitted in Finns Bali Venues to consume only food and drink which has been provided by Finns Bali, which means no outside food and beverage is allowed (with the exception of baby food). The Finns Recreation Club also prohibits visitors from bringing in bottles unless it is a reusable drinkware. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under 18 years of age. 2. PRIVATE FUNCTIONS During the venue hire, Finns Bali Venues have a right to close certain areas accordingly. Booking enquiries should be made to the Reservation Team events@finnsrecclub.com 3. OPERATING DAYS & HOURS Please refer to facility websites for hours of operation. Finns Bali will not open on Nyepi Day in accordance with Balinese custom. 4. DAMAGES Members, Visitors and Member Guests are liable for any repairs or replacement of any of the Finns Bali Facility which is damaged by them, whether accidental or intentional. 5. LOSSES 5.1. Finns Bali is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of Members / Visitors / Member Guests Lost and found matters should be directed to Reception. 6. WEAPONS Bringing firearms or weapons of any kind into Finns Bali is strictly prohibited. 7. UNDER THE INFLUENCE Members and/or Member Guests who are under strong influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be permitted to enter Finns Bali or use any Facility. 8. COMPLIANCE WITH FINNS BALI RULES 8.1. Finns Bali reserves the right to deny access to anyone who refuses to comply with the Finns Bali Rules Finns Bali reserves the right to remove and ban any person from Finns Bali Venues at any time if directions are not followed and/or Terms and Conditions in place are not followed. 9. MEMBERS VEHICLES & CAR PARKING 9.1. The Operator will allocate car parking space as required. The number of car parking spaces is limited and priority will be given to Members Finns Bali accepts no responsibility for cars parked in the car parks The car parks will remain open during operating hours of the Finns Bali Venue or as otherwise determined by Management The maximum speed limit on Finns Bali Venue is 5 kph and Members and their Domestic Employees are required to observe this limit and all other directions and signage of Finns Bali Vehicles entering the Finns Bali Facility are not permitted to park or drive in a manner which: - obstructs fire or emergency access; or- obstructs pedestrian ways; or- disturbs the grounds or landscaping of the Finns Bali Facility.

DRESS CODE Each area of Finns Bali observes a specific dress code which is defined further in the document. For clarifications all visitors shall refer to Finns Bali Management. 11. SUGGESTIONS Suggestions made by Members should be made in writing, signed, addressed to the Manager, and handed in at Reception. 12. MOBILE PHONES Mobile phones are permitted in all areas. However, the Members, Visitors and Member Guests are highly advised to not use their phones in the following areas: I. Fitness Centre II. Tennis Centre III. Multi Function Hall IV. Business Lounge Members, Visitors and/or Member Guests who are causing a disturbance to other Members, Visitors and/or Member Guests will be requested to make and receive calls in the open or colonnade areas. 13. PETS & ANIMALS Under no circumstances are pets or animals of any kind to be brought into the Finns Bali Venues 14. MUSIC MEDIA The playing of music of any kind is not permitted within the Finns Bali Venues unless played through earphones/plugs or authorized by the Manager as part of an organised function. 15. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the following areas: - Finns Beach Club and Finns VIP Beach Club Entrance Foyer and Reception - Finns Recreation Club Lobby and Reception - Fitness Centre - Tennis Centre - Strike Ten Pin Bowling (smoking is permitted on the Balcony) - Bounce Trampoline Centre - Multi Function Hall - Bistro C (indoors) - Sports Bar (indoors) - Business Centre - Locker rooms - Within 5m of sports activities on the Sports Field - Splash Water Park & Swimming Pool (except the smoking area) - Cubby House Kids Club Finns Bali reserves the right to extend the areas where smoking is not permitted as it sees fit. 16. PPN & SERVICE CHARGES All prices and fees payable at Finns Bali are subject to prevailing Indonesian Government regulations. 17. AMENDMENTS Finns Bali Rules may be amended or modified from time to time by the Management.

3 18. BACK OF THE HOUSE Except with the prior permission of Management, Members, Visitors and Member Guests may not enter the back of the house areas. 19. INTERPRETATION OF FINNS BALI RULES In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the Finns Bali Rules, the Management s opinion on the matter shall be final. 20. CHILDREN Conduct Finns Bali s mission is to cater for the needs of all Families and hence Members are encouraged to bring their Children to the Finns Bali Venues. However, in the interests of maintaining an atmosphere within the Finns Bali Venues congenial also to social and recreational activities for adults, Finns Bali has established certain guidelines for Children within the Finns Bali Rules as set out in this section. The general guideline is that Children, except when attending the Finns Recreation Club unaccompanied during an organized activity, remain at all times within the responsibility of a parent who is expected to ensure that they act in a reasonable manner without causing undue disturbance to other Members, Visitors and/or Member Guests Issuance of Membership Cards Children aged 3 to 17 years old shall possess Child Membership in order to enter Finns Bali Venues. The Child Membership may be acquired within the Family Package or separately. Platinum cards can also be used by children. Children under 3 years old are not required to have a Membership and are allowed to enter Finns Bali Venues Restricted Access Areas & Member Events when accompanied by their parent Member or nanny (under Gold Family Membership) Pass for a nanny Finns Bali provides complimentary access for a nanny only under Gold Family Membership. The family Member shall request the issuance of a card for their nanny via , phone call or visit to the Sales Office. The issuance is limited to 1 person per 1 family. The nanny is not permitted to use Finns Bali as a Member nor entitled for benefits granted to Gold Members. In case of abuse of this privilege Finns Bali has a right to revoke the pass from the family. 21. CONDUCT OF PERSONS AT FINNS BALI Finns Bali expects a reasonable standard of behavior from all Members, Visitors and Member Guests who visit the Finns Bali Venues. Whilst it is not possible or desirable to regulate all aspects of Finns Bali life and every aspect of the Finns Bali Facilities in this regard, the Management has laid down certain guidelines to be used to determine whether the conduct of a Member, Visitors or Member Guests meets the standards required by Finns Bali. The benchmarks for these are reasonableness, consideration and respect for others. Specifically, any of the following acts will be deemed as breaches of the Finns Bali Rules: Subjecting another Member or Staff to physical or verbal abuse which shall include use of profanity and the threat of or actual violence, and threatening, offensive or harmful conduct Interrupting the operations of Finns Bali by countermanding or questioning instructions issued to Staff by Management Broadcasting and publishing, or assisting therein, any statement which could be construed in the opinion of the Management as detrimental to the reputation of Finns Bali, including its Members, Management and Staff.

4 Management has been granted authority by the Operator to remove immediately from the Finns Bali Venues any persons breaching the Finns Bali Rules relating to conduct. 22. PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT The following items may not be used on the Finns Bali Venues: golf clubs, rollerblades, rollerskates, wheelies, skateboards, scooters and remote controlled toys. 23. CARRYING ON A BUSINESS Professional trainers, coaches and teachers may not practice their trade nor may any form of tuition activity be carried out by Members, Visitors or Member Guests for monetary or barter reward at Finns Bali except with the prior written permission of Management. 24. NOTICES All notices given by Finns Bali under the Finns Bali Rules or otherwise may be given by: leaving such notice at the Member s registered address at Finns Bali; sending by registered post to such address; or by facsimile transmission to the facsimile number registered with Finns Bali. 25. CHARGES A schedule of Finns Bali charges and fees determined by the Management and as detailed in the Finns Bali Rules will be posted on the Finns Bali notice board and Finns Bali Websites. 26. SECURITY AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES Finns Bali has signed a contract with international security consultants and Management will introduce security and emergency measures from time to time which will be posted on the Finns Bali notice board. For the protection of Finns Bali Venues and Members, Visitors and Member Guests, all Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all security and emergency measures implemented by Finns Bali and, in times of emergency, obey all instructions of Staff who will have been trained to handle such situations. 27. FOOD & BEVERAGE Outlet Reservations It is recommended that reservations are made when planning to dine at Bistro C; the holding time for all reservations is 15 minutes. Reservations shall be placed at the Reception or on the website: All other outlets are operated on a first come first served basis. Private bookings/closure of outlets for private gatherings, functions or parties shall be arranged with the Sales & Events Department Bistro C Smoke House Bistro C Smoke House is located at the entrance to the Finns Recreation Centre overlooking the Sports Field and has an admission capacity of 108 pax. Bistro C Smoke House consists of open terrace with smoking area and air conditioned space with an open kitchen, pastry and a private meeting room. Bistro C Smoke House serves international cuisine and a special roast menu on Sundays. Last food order for Bistro C Smoke House is 30 minutes before closing time Bistro C Sports Bar Bistro C Sports Bar is located on the left from Bistro C terrace and has an admission capacity of 100 pax. This is an air conditioned bar equipped with multiple HD screens and decorated throughout with authentic sporting memorabilia. Bistro C Sports Bar serves snacks, international cuisine and a special roast menu on Sundays in addition to a wide range of beverages. Last food order for Bistro C Sports Bar is 30 minutes before closing time. Bistro C Smoke House and Sports Bar are open to the public daily Splash Bar & Dining The Poolside Cafe is located pool side (deck area) within the Finns Recreation Centre and has a seating capacity of 60 persons. It serves international cuisine. The attire for this outlet is casual/sporty/swim.

5 27.5. Strike Bar 28. BUSINESS CENTRE Strike Bar is located on the 2nd floor of Finns Recreation Centre West as an addition to Strike Ten Pin Bowling open to the public. It serves international cuisine with an extensive selection of beverages. The venue is highly recommended for parties as the visitors are able to enjoy bowling and billiard. Business Centre has a seating capacity of 40 persons with snacks and beverages being available throughout the day. Business Centre consists of the coworking space, meeting room and the library. The library is declared a quiet zone which means loud conversations, noise and mobile phones are prohibited. The meeting room can be booked for 2 hours per week (with no minimum spend for Lifestyle, Gold & Platinum members, after which minimum spend applies. The access to Business Centre is granted to Lifestyle, Gold and Platinum Members only. Children under 17 years are not permitted. Use of the Business Centre s internet and computer facilities is entirely at users risk and no books, magazines, journals and newspapers may be removed. 29. SPORTS & RECREATION Fitness Centre The Fitness Centre shall be for the exclusive use of Members, Member Guests and Day Pass Holders A dress code shall be observed inside the Fitness Centre. Shoes with rubber soles, t-shirt/singlets and track outfits are recommended. Shirts and closed shoes must be worn at all times The Fitness Centre guests and members are to be mindful of others using this area. Consideration of noise and personal hygiene must be observed Rules for the use of the equipment will be posted in the fitness area and must adhered to at all times. If requested to follow rules by the instructor on duty, Members must comply with such request No visitors under 14 years of age are allowed to use the Fitness Centre unless this is part of an organised Club activity Children aged between 14 and 18 are permitted to use the Fitness Centre but are required to sign a waiver form before their first workout Members are required to present their Membership card before being admitted All visitors are recommended to refrain from using hand phones inside all workout areas All visitors are advised to have a medical examination prior to starting an exercise program Personal fitness training is available at the Finns Recreation Centre by appointment. No external trainers are permitted to give instruction in the Fitness Centre Persons using the Fitness Centre s equipment and /or facilities do so at their own risk and responsibility Swimming Pool Persons using the swimming pool do so at their own risk and responsibility Except during organized Finns Recreation Centre activities and the limited usage by CCS, the swimming pool is limited to the exclusive use of Members, Member Guests and Day Pass Holders The access to the swimming pool closes at 6 p.m All visitors are requested to use the poolside showers before using the swimming pool Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times. Nudity is not allowed No child is allowed in the pool area or in the pool unless accompanied by an adult (parent Member or Nanny). Although the facility will have a lifeguard on duty during

6 operational hours, any adult bringing children into the swimming pool shall be responsible for their safety Lifeguard instructions and signed directions must be followed at all times. Finns staff reserve the right to restrain and do what is necassary to any person who does not follow directions causing danger to themselves or others Running and shouting around the pool area is not permitted No person shall be allowed near the pool area during a thunderstorm or lightning Finns Bali shall not be held responsible for accidents to bathers using the pool and to any other persons in the vicinity of the pool area Persons with sores, other evidence of skin diseases or wearing bandages of any kind will not be permitted to use the pool No metal articles, large inflatable toys or toys of a hazardous nature will be permitted in the pool area Only experienced swimmers should swim in the deep end of the pool Finns Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage to Facility whatsoever/ howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use whether proper or otherwise, of the swimming pool, whether defective or otherwise Splash Water Park Persons using the Splash Water Park do so at their own risk and responsibility Except during organized Finns Recreation Centre activities and the limited usage by CCS, the Splash Park is limited to the exclusive use of Members, Member Guests and Day Pass Holders All visitors are requested to use the shower facilities provided before using the swimming pools Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times. The decisions of grounds Staff in relation to the Sports Field are final and may not be contested by a Member The Sports Field is intended primarily for use by Members during programmed or organized activities, and Management may prohibit free play on the Sports Field as it sees fit Pre-booked use of the Sports Field will always take priority over free play Visitors may also be granted use of the Sports Field for events and activities organized by the Finns Recreation Centre and under certain conditions laid out by Management from time to time A Member may book the Sports Field subject to general Finns Bali requirements and for the purposes of undertaking a bona fide team sport. A charge is levied for pitch use as determined by Management from time to time. Inclement weather may not be cited as a reason for waiver by the Finns Recreation Centre of late cancellation or no-show charges relating to bookings of the Playing Field if, in the opinion of Management, the Playing Field is suitable for play at the commencement of the reserved time In the event that, during the course of a reserved period of play, Management is of the opinion that play may not continue because of inclement weather or other reasons beyond the Finns Recreation Centre s control, the charge for the Playing Field will be levied to the booking Member pro-rata to the nearest quarter hour of the booking already utilized All non-member players on the Sports Field are deemed Visitors and restricted to field side unless signed in as Member Guests by a Member Finns Recreation Centre and/or the Operator shall not be held responsible for accidents to players using the Sports Field and to any other persons in the vicinity of the Sports Field Multi Function Hall The MFH is a multi-purpose hall which is used for indoor multi-sports and functions The MFH is a shared facility with CCS and is available for Members outside of school hours. Please note - Junior Sports Academy sessions happen regularly after 4 p.m. on School Days and have priority access to the Multi Function Hall All users are required to wear proper sporting attire at all times Only non-marking white rubber soled shoes will be allowed. Players must wear a shirt when using the courts During peak hours, only one court can be used and will be limited to one- hour as a courtesy to other Members Reservation for use of the court can be made only through Reception. Courts may be reserved not more than 7 days in advance. Reservations not taken up 15 minutes into the reservation period will be forfeited On specified basketball/volleyball nights, reservations may be taken seven days prior to the event Basketball bookings are to be limited to a maximum of two hours per member according to a 6-8 PM and 8-10 PM schedule Members must accompany their guests at all times Members who fail to take up a reservation or give less than one hour s notice cancellation prior to the reserved time will be charged a usage fee if there is no substitute booking by another Member.

8 Availability of the courts is as per the program issued by the Finns Recreation Centre Shouting and/or any display of unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited Gambling or betting in any form is not allowed Finns Bali reserves the right to deny access to the courts to anyone who does not adhere to the Finns Bali Rules Persons using the courts do so at their own risk and responsibility Tennis Centre All users are required to wear proper sporting attire at all times Only non-marking rubber soled shoes will be allowed. Players must wear a shirt when using the courts During peak hours, as a courtesy to other Members, only one court can be used per Member and a reservation period will be limited to one hour Reservation for use of the court can be made only through Reception: - Day Pass Holders can book a court in the same day according to the availability; - Gold & Platinum Members can book a court 7 days in advance. - Social, Social Plus & Lifestyle Members can book a court 5 days in advance Members must accompany their guests at all times Members who fail to take up a reservation or cancel usage less than one hour prior to the reserved time will be charged a usage fee if there is no substitute booking by another Member Availability of the courts is as per the program issued by the Finns Recreation Centre Shouting and/or any display of unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited Gambling or betting in any form is not allowed Finns Bali reserves the right to deny access to the courts to anyone who does not adhere to the Finns Bali Rules Persons using the courts do so at their own risk and responsibility Only the game of squash as defined in the rules of the Squash Rackets Association of Indonesia shall be played on the squash courts The proper attire for squash shall be non-marking white rubber soled shoes sports shorts, sports T-shirts Only non-marking squash balls are allowed to be used Finns Recreation Centre reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the courts who violates the dress rules Strike Ten Pin Bowling All visitors are required to wear proper casual attire at all times All visitors shall rent shoes at the front desk and wear them with socks (brought by the visitors or purchased from the Finns Recreation Centre) Finns Bali does not apply a minimum age for using the Facility but all children must be accompanied by their parents Finns Bali shall not be held responsible for accidents to visitors using the facility and to any other persons in the vicinity of the bowling area Finns Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage to Facility whatsoever/howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use whether proper or otherwise, of the bowling centre, whether defective or otherwise.

9 29.8. Bounce Trampoline All visitors are required to wear proper sporting attire at all times which will be comfortable for a gymnastic exercise No shoes are allowed in the trampolines area. All visitors must take off shoes at the entrance Children under 2 years old are not charged an entrance fee but must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder Finns Bali shall not be held responsible for accidents to visitors using the facility and to any other persons in the vicinity of the trampolines area Finns Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage to Facility whatsoever/howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use whether proper or otherwise, of the trampoline centre, whether defective or otherwise. 30. CUBBY HOUSE KIDS CLUB Cubby House Kids Club is designated for children of the age 2 to 12 years old. Children under 2 years shall be accompanied with their parent(s) No shoes may be worn in the Cubby House Kids Club Food and beverage is served in the Cubby House Kids Club. The menu shall be approved by parent(s). In case of medical restrictions parent(s) must inform the Cubby House Kids Club Staff No equipment, toys, educational materials from the Cubby House Kids Club may be taken outside Finns Bali shall not be held responsible for accidents to visitors using the facility and to any other persons in the vicinity of the Cubby House Kids Club area Finns Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage to Facility whatsoever/howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use whether proper or otherwise, of the Cubby House Kids Club, whether defective or otherwise. 31. BODY TEMPLE SPA Body Temple Spa renders services upon bookings made via contact details left on the website: All visitors are recommended to remain quiet and refrain from using their mobile phones in the spa area in respect to others All visitors are allowed to consume snacks and beverage served by Body Temple Spa No equipment from Body Temple Spa may be taken outside Finns Bali shall not be held responsible for accidents to visitors using the facility and to any other persons in the vicinity of the Body Temple Spa area Finns Bali shall not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage to Facility whatsoever/howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use whether proper or otherwise, of the Body Temple Spa, whether defective or otherwise.

FINNS BEACH CLUB & FINNS VIP BEACH CLUB Persons using the swimming pool do so at their own risk and responsibility All visitors are requested to use the poolside showers before using the swimming pool Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times. FEES, DUES & CHARGES All applicable fees, dues and charges, as amended by the Management time to time, may be posted on the Finns Bali notice board and appear on the Finns Recreation Club & Finns Beach Club s websites & NATURAL DISASTERS In case of a natural disaster such as earthquake, volcano eruption, flood or thunderstorm all visitors are required to follow instructions from staff. 35. AMENDMENTS Finns Bali reserves a right to amend the present House Rules acting in the best interest of its visitors. 36. INSURANCE Finns Bali venues have Public Liability Insurance. Personal Accident Insurance is the responsibility of the guest. A daily policy is available for purchase at reception.

11 Appendix 1 Waiver Bounce Bali Trampoline and Bounce Board Waiver To be completed by all participants, or their guardians. In consideration of the services of Bounce Bali Trampoline Park, together with all agents, owners,managers, successors, affiliates, sponsors, landlords, partners, investors, participants, volunteers, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on behalf of the previously named company, collectively referred to as Bounce Bali, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Bounce Bali, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, my wards, assigns, personal representatives and estate as follows: ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL RISKS: I, the undersigned adult listed below, am at least 18 years of age. On my own behalf, and on the behalf of the below listed participants under the age of 18 ( minors ), as their parent, legal guardian or custodian, knowingly, voluntarily, and freely accept and assume any and all risks, both known and unknown, of injuries or other loss or damage that may be suffered while on Bounce Bali premises, however caused, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence of Bounce Bali. I represent that I have full authority as parent or legal guardian of the below listed minors. I understand that risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity and I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks voluntarily existing in these activities. Such risks include, but are not limited to, cuts and bruises, falls, broken bones, injuries to wrists, arms, legs, ankles, backs, heads and necks, injuries from flips or contact with other participants, spinal injuries and/or death, and which may occur as a result of use or misuse of the facility in any way by anyone, use of equipment that malfunctions or breaks, and/or improper maintenance of the facility, grounds, or equipment. Further, I have explained these risks to the listed minors. I certify that I and/ or the listed minors are in good physical condition for the activities in which I and/or they will be participating and certify that I and/or they do not have any medical condition that may preclude me and/ or them from safely participating. WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS: I, on my own behalf, and on the behalf of the listed minors, expressly waive any and all claims, suits or demands for personal injury, property damage or other loss against Bounce Bali, including but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision and/or negligent instruction, faulty equipment, or the activities of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of Bounce Bali for any and all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death sustained by me or any of the listed minors on Bounce Bali property, whether arising out of or resulting from my or their participation in activities, use of trampolines or other equipment, parking lots, premises and facilities. This release applies forever, for any date in the future including today s date, that I or the listed minors may visit the Bounce Bali facility, and is further binding on the heirs, representatives and estates of the undersigned and minors.

12 I expressly and voluntarily agree to waive, release, acquit and forever discharge Bounce Bali and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bounce Bali from and against all claims, damages, injuries, expenses, or death arising out of or resulting from administering of or failing to administer medical assistance to me or any of the listed minors. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I grant Bounce Bali the right to request emergency medical services for me and/or the listed minors in the event Bounce Bali deem a situation medically necessary and I agree to cover any and all associated expenses. AUTHORIZATION TO USE IMAGES: Bounce Bali is hereby granted the right to photograph and/or video record me and/or the listed minors and allowed to use my or their name, voice and appearance in connection with social media and promotional materials. I acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind. I, for myself and for the listed minors as their parent, legal guardian or legally authorized custodian, have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and agree to be bound by its terms for myself and on behalf of the listed minors. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable by Indonesia or International law, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Information provided will strictly not be shared to third parties for marketing or other such gain. It is solely to establish proof of consent to the terms of this waiver.
