- 2-1 RETURNBOARD left 2. Returnboard right 1.1 left Level maker 2.1 right Level maker 1.2 HOLDERS left 2.2 HOLDERS right 3. middle HOLDER
- 3 - RETURNBOARD - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1st middle Holder (3) of the table- front center ; with the screw mount. 2nd Left HOLDER (1.2) pursuant Routes along the left side line with the screw mount. The vertical bar on the holder should, as far as with the backup BASIC LINE also on the rise, so that the Board return parallel to the base line. For the training, the diagonal balls HOLDER in the direction of the network and then moved out again clamped. 3rd The right HOLDER (2.2) in the same way on the right side line mount. 4th Left RETURNBOARD (1) with the lower edge of the left HOLDER (1.2) and midle HOLDER (3), and with the left hand. With the right hand the left LEVEL maker (1.1) on the protruding screw RETURNBOARD`S of up to the inside most radius merge. Then the LEVEL maker at the other end when LEVEL 1 on the mounting screw stuck in LEVEL 10 engaging it. SECURITY CONTROL operations: The screw RETURNBOARDS be in the inside radius of the small- LEVEL panel supported. The RETURN BOARD based with the lower edge of the vertical piers of HOLDER (1.2) and middle HOLDER (3). This is a stable training building the RETURNBOARD.
- 4-5th Right RETURNBOARD (2) with the lower edge of the right HOLDER (2.2) and middle- HOLDER (3), and with the right hand. With the left hand, the right LEVEL maker (2.1) on the protruding bolt of RETURNBOARDS up in the inside radius merge. Then the LEVEL maker at the other end when LEVEL 1 on the bracket screw stuck in LEVEL 10 engaging it. SECURITY CONTROL operations: The screw RETURNBOARDS be in the inside radius of the small- LEVEL panel supported. The RETURNBOARD based on the vertical piers of HOLDER (2.2) and middle HOLDER (3). This is a stable structure of the training RETURNBOARDS. RECOMMENDATIONS ON TRAINING The two RETURNBOARD halves are now parallel to the base line and perpendicular to return they also played balls vertically. One of the Forehand site diagonally at an angle on the left board crashed ball whipped around at the same angle to the backhand side of the player. Please note that the play sloping from the left boards Forehand site with a large angle the ball on the left side line can go further. For small angle is small enough footwork! For large angle.. is great footwork required!
- 5 - Try to what they personally LEVEL TRAINING TOPSPIN the easiest multiple interactions can play ball. CAUTION!!! Before you with the training begin! The RETURNBOARD requires a special ball pitching, as the FIRST BALL at the box office should be the SPEED same and the same ROTATION like the Second and subsequent balls. The ball should be established so much speed, that he was a long ball almost to their own bottom line returns. With a normal surcharge is not possible! A long FIRST BALL is a good precondition for the following ball to be played, and thus facilitates the multiple rally. If the ball during a ball exchange only up to mid-table to rebound, then the following ball with more speed and rotation to beat, thus again to a long return. For the first BALL on RETURNBOARD Two variants are possible: OPTION 1: Ball perpendicular to the table drop! OPTION 2: Throw the ball high from the air directly through the network and shortly before the RETURNBOARD beat!
- 6 - Ball perpendicular to the table drop! The following sequence as shown: 1 Ball perpendicular to the board. 2 After the rebound from the table in the ball around the highest point in network and meet height on the network to the second half of the table suggest. 3 The ball should be nearing RETURNBOARD jump up and then against the RETURNBOARD clash. 4 The ball is from RETURNBOARD on network on the table bouncing back half of the practitioners. 5 After ball s feet the second ball played. Ball from the air directly play! 1) The ball and little throw high him at the traps in the air. The ball directly on the network to the second half of the table just before the RETURN beat BOARD (similar to the surcharge at TENNIS). But the ball around in the net amount meet! 2) The SPEED the FIRST ball should ball speed of the ball following exchange.
- 7 As a training variant, the player the ball meeting point in the ascending phase, the highest point of the ball trajectory, or in the covered period, select and train. The Trainierende selects a block angle, -- a LEVEL between 1 and in which a ball he wants to train interaction (eg LEVEL 10). The selected block angle accordingly is the FIRST BALL with an appropriate PACE and appropriate ROTATION play a, so a long ball back, the table half own fault. For a multiple rally with 5 to 10 Returns Games, are in favour of PLAYER SPEED, ROTATION, HEIGHT of the ball, PLACEMENT, BALL- POINT, ARM SWING and FEET WORK well coordinated. My recommendation: If you elected LEVEL 5 Return s safe and can play several times, then you have this level in a good RETURN STABILITY achieved. Now you can block angle close by the next higher LEVEL adjust to a ball exchange with larger SPEED and ROTATION train. If your balls constantly about their own bottom line fly close the angle block, in which you set a higher LEVEL.
- 8 You will see that with your FOREHAND a certain level of output. Also for your BACKHAND you should personal determine starting level. By LEVEL - maker, each BLOCK ANGLE training for each adjustable reproducible! LEVEL note of this for her Forehand and her Backhand. How can you in a training period to improve your RETURN STABILITY. Well, I wish you much success and fun during training with your return Board. Should problems arise, or have any questions for training, then send me to mail@returnboard.com With sporting sincerely Michael Pollak On receive further training notes!
