2 INNOPUR COURT AC-200 ( RESURFACER ) TECHNICAL DATA SHEET WATERBORNE REPAIR AND ADHESION MATERIAL FOR ASPHALT AND CONCRETE DEFINITION Acrylic emulsion based, waterborne, flexible and providing good adhesion to the rough asphalt and concrete surfaces. PROPERTIES Innopur Court AC-200 is acrylic emulsion based and waterborne material which provides beter adhesion onto the asphalt and concrete surfaces by filling the rough and porous structure. General properties; New Asphalt Surface: Prior to the preparation of the new asphalt surface, the old surface should be treated by the filler (including 5% humidity). The surface is coated with Geotextile before the asphalt applications (80 gr/m² gr/m²). The asphalt is applied giving the required slope by the standards. In order to reach to the desired dryness level, 14 days should be awaited. The capillary cleaning should be done by 6 bar pressurised water to get dust, stain, and impurities away. Concrete Surface: The surfaces should be cleaned of dust, stain, and impurities. The repair is also done by Innopur Court AC-250 or Innopur Court AC-260 due to the filler particle size. High adhesion resistance High alkali resistance Low water absorbtion Breathable Flexible Crack bridging property APPLICATION Innopur Court AC-200 is mixed with 60% silica sand and diluted with water by 30-40% ratio. It is applied by a squeegee as 1 or 2 layers. AREAS OF APPLICATION Innopur Court can be safely applied to all amateur and professional tennis court applications on asphalt and concrete surfaces. It is also suitable for the basketball, volleyball and similar area applications. SURFACE PREPARATION PACKAGING AND STORAGE The goods should be stored in clean and dry areas and kept away from sun, rain, hot and cold weathers. The unsealed goods can be stored for 12 months. HEALTH AND SECURITY S2 Keep out of reach of children. Asphalt Surface: Old Asphalt Surface: The surfaces should be cleaned of dust, stain, and impurities. To provide better adhesion, the blowtorch should be used to heat the surfaces before the application of the new asphalt. The repair is also done by Innopur Court AC-250 or Innopur Court AC-260 due to the filler particle size. After the drying of the surface, the capillary cleaning should be done by 6 bar pressurised water.

It can be applied as 2 or 4 layers to adjust the court pace. As a result of its fine structure, it is used as a filling material after Innopur Court AC-250 applications to provide smooth surfaces. PROPERTIES Innopur Court AC-250 is acrylic based and waterborne tenis court coating material.
