2 What is it? The Walking Mentorship Weekend is a specific format designed to spark change in your life. Either to reinforce what you already pursue or to give you a fresh approach on what you have in your hands. We combine from one side the consistency of our methodology to help you trigger and initiate change with innovative tools and unusual experiences where the physical challenge is proven to unblock true transformation and revitalize your body and mind. The chosen location of Alqueva is a one of a kind certified Starlight destination due to its lack of light pollution, enabling sights of the stars of unique clarity. Some things you can only see when there are no distractions around. The Walking Mentorship Weekend programme can make that happen at the moment when you really need it. 20

From Friday to Sunday you will experience a mixture of physical challenge, two different daily routes and a couple of moonwalks, companionship, authentic lodging, fantastic regional meals and beautiful landscapes around the Lake of Alqueva. The Weekend is also an opportunity to take silent and individual moments, either by the sun enjoying the colours of the prairie or cozy up by the house with the Walking Mentorship Survival kit. You will experience a set of exercises that will make you blend personal analyses, imagination and goal setting. The Walking Mentorship Weekend provides a much needed energy boost to face the remaining of the year and most likely a fresh perspective of your life. 20

4 What will you do during the weekend? Location : Monte Falperras - Mourão, Portugal Dates : STARTS - FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 / 5PM FINISHES - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 01 / 4PM Description : Put down your electronics and join a small group in guided walks and exercises around the world-class region of the Great Lake Alqueva in Alentejo, Portugal and have someone else do all the cooking. Join The Walking Mentorship founder João Perre Viana as he guides the group through a unique time for inner growth. He will share with the group a process to ignite decision making for the days ahead and walking routes around the lake among other experiences: - Moonwalk on Friday night - Visit to Museum of Aldeia da Luz (submersed village) - Alentejo gastronomy - Saturday hike around the Great Lake - Time to be silent, time to think, time for yourself - Mentor and peer to peer feedback - Sunday morning light hike - Stars observation with Telescope Pricing : Two nights, all inclusive, from 285 to 325 based on room selection (double occupancy or individual).
