4 Dear all, Football tournament for youth categories "Gazi Baba Cup 2017 is organized by the Association Sport Junior, supported by Gazi Baba Municipality. Municipality provides great support to sport events and activities, especially those which involved children from the area of the municipality of Gazi Baba. Common goal of the Association of School Sports Gazi Baba and OFS Gazi Baba is an affirmation of football, to encourage more pupils to practice sport and through sport to affect proper psychophysical development. By organizing competitions of this kind, in the future, we will contribute to a better quality of sport. The purpose of this tournament is to offer children the opportunity to play a strong international competitions with teams from other countries and each participant to get an unforgettable experience that will carry home. The goal of this tournament is to offer children an opportunity to play in international competition with teams from other countries. We would like this tournament to be an unforgettable experience for each participant to take home. 7 BASIC INFORMATION The tournament will be held in Skopje on the following fields: 2 Fields with artificial grass of football house FFM 1 Football field FC Vardar AD Skopje (Suburb Hipodrom) Stadium Boris Trajkovski, Stadium FC Skopje and FC Metalurg Following generations can take part: U 10 - kids born in 2007 and younger U 11 - kids born in 2006 and younger U 12 - kids born in 2005 and younger U 14 - kids born in 2003 and younger 3. It can be registered teams from all countries of the world; teams can be clubs, national teams of their countries or region as well as football academies. 4. Each member of the team must be identified by a passport, while domestic players with competitive booklet of FFM. 5. For the duration of the tournament, at each field medical staff (a doctor and a paramedic) will be present. 6. The leader of the team on behalf of all its members, in reporting the team, must sign a statement that the organizer does not bear any responsibility for any violation of its participants during the tournament, nor for any damage to people or objects to members of the team. Also this statement confirms that the organizing committee and the technical organizer does not bear any responsibility for any accident during the stay and until return in their home. 7. All members - participants of the Tournament must have individual or collective insurance for the period to

By subscribing to the tournament, the team leader, is accepting the rules of the organizer of the tournament,with the fee payment, accepting as well the rules of the tournament, the rules for trial, decisions by judges and organizer. 9. All participants in the tournament should act in a fair - play spirit. 10. Teams and individuals who will not behave in fair - play spirit, will be warned, and in a pinch, will be disqualified by the organizer (racist behavior, belittling and humiliation, violent and aggressive behavior) 11. Participation will be confirmed with 20% payment participation of the accommodation 1 month prior tournament start. 12. Prices for three full boards are as follows: Hotel Continental: 105 euro. Dormitory: 60 euro. 13. For the duration of the tournament for the children and the leaders of the teams will be provided, water, fruit and juices 14. The registration fee for participation in the tournament is 100 euros per generation. 15. 9 TOURNAMENT RULES 1. A team may participate with more teams in the tournament, but a team can not take part in several categories. 4. The leader of the team must submit a certified list of players that will have a name, place and date of birth,and country. Deadline for registration is A player may take part only for one team during the tournament. 6. Each team based on that list will receive accreditations for each member, and must be worn for the duration of the tournament. 7. The leader of the team for the duration of their matches must have with him the identity documents of their players, and if the leader of opponent team requests a review of the players before or after the game, he is obliged to submit them. 8. If the leader of the team does not want to submit identification documents or does not have them, the match is registered with the official result 3: 0 for the opponent. 9. Tournament organizer reserves the right to change the schedule of groups, as well as place and time of each match, but if any changes happen then teams will be informed.. 9

10 10. It is recommended shins to be worn by the players during matches. 11. Matches will be played with football size 4 (2007) and 5 (2006, 2005 и 2003). 12. All Players must have the same equipment with the number, as mentioned on the registration application. 13. If two teams have same colors of equipment, then the organizer will provide markers ( delegate decides which team can have the marker) 14. Coaches are responsible for team behavior as well as winders. 15. In all categories except in generation 2003 replacements can be executed indefinitely, and a player can return to the game even though he had been replaced, and replacements of the generation 2003 are not flying and carried out in a defined area, if a player is replaced can not be returned to play on the match. 16. FFM rules are in force, for generation 2203 matches played on whole court. 17. Offside rule is in force only to generation Passing to the goalkeeper is allowed, but goalkeeper is not allowed to touch the ball with hands. 19.
