2 Sligo Ladies Fixture Guidelines 2017 Proposed, Seconded and carried by majority at Co Board Meeting on Monday 13 March All Competitions to be Know as Connacht Gold 2. All Pitches (weather) must be inspected by Clubs, minimium 4 6 hours before a Game. If a pitch is unplayable the game will reverse to opposition ground. If a Referee goes to a ground and it is not playable, the home team is responsible for the match fee. 3. Any club with more than one ground must put them in preference 1, 2, 3 etc. Clubs to insure their Home pitch is available, 6 days in advance of Fixture. 4. All Games Played On Or Before Fixed Date. In exceptional circumstances, where 2 Clubs agree to a fixture/postpoment after the original fixture date, they may apply to the Fixtures Committee Text to Thomas Keane and to be sent by the both Club Secretaries seeking the such an agreement to (ladiesfixturessligo@gmail.com) seeking such agreement at least 3 days prior to the original Fixture Date. Granting of such a Fixture/postponement is at the discretion of the Fixtures Commitee. 5. Postpoments will be granted only upon the death of a Club Player, Official or Immediately Family member. Responsibility for communicating with the Fixtures Committee and opponents lies with the Club seeking the postpoment. The Fixture must be played within 8 days of the original Fixture Date. The Venue, Date and Time must be provided when seeking the postpoment. to be sent by the Club Secretary seeking the postpomnet to the opposition Secretary and cc to Fixtures (ladiesfixturessligo1@gmail.com) & Text message to Tom Keane on the same mail outlining the Date, Venue and Time change no later than 3 days before new date of Fixture. Opposition Secretary must send to Fixtures Secretary (ladiesfixturessligo1@gmail.com) and Text messahe to Tom Keane agreeing to the rearranged fixture. Fixture may only be postponed once 6. For U 12 games, Rule 348, Official Guide 2016 applies 7. All fixtures must be played by deadline date giving for that competition, any team that do not full fill a fixture by the deadline date will forfeit the fixture(s) and will be fined 100 per Fixture. 8. Deadline Date in all competitions will be the Date of the Final Round in that Competition 9. For All games from under 14 upwards team lists must be on official team list paper. Team list books ( 10 per book) can be provided prior to commencement of competition. Failure to do so will incur fine of Extra Time to be Played in All Play Offs, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals & Finals (Exception being the Junior & Intermediate Championship Finals 2018) 11. Any Club who fail to field for a game and the Referee turns up, that Club is responsible for the Match Fee plus whatever fees under Guideline Fixtures Committee reserves the right to change original Fixtures. Dates provied in Original Fixtures are provisional and subject to change due to outside influences 13. Upon consultation with the Referee, Result of each game to be sent by TEXT to Fixtures Committee ( ) by the Home Club
