1 LESSON PLAN - PRACTICE ONE U6 1 Warm up - Breakin Ice Dribbling activity done the first week of practice to get to know your teammates 2 Traffic Lights An advanced version of Red light green light. It s the first practice, take full advantage of this great meeting and greet. Inform the kids to keep their head up when dribbling do they don t run into each other. Keep the fun. Focus on dribbling. Focus on listening skills. 3 Ghostbusters Who ya gonna call? A that combines soccer and freeze tag. Keep ball close and in control. Use different parts of the foot. 4 Non-completive quarters with two-minute Keep it simple for the first week just let them play. Introduce skills has the season progresses.
