SSA & s as mentioned in the Annexure"A who have 'completed minimum 5 years un-interrupted contract service as on 30/09/2016. with immediate effect in the relevant pay scales indicated against each category in Annexure-A with au consequential benefits on the terms & conditions mentioned below: 1. Regularization is being considered against vacancy of direct quota posts in the respective Cir:clel Division. therefore all the cadre controlling appointing authority may.ensure availability ofpost. 2. AU the original documents viz Himachalicertificate SC ST OBC Matriculation &: Technical qualification certificate as prescribed in the relevant R&:P Rules of each category shall be verified by the Head ofoffice concerned if not verified earlier. before releasing pay of regular post. 3. The candidate should be medically fit for the post and necessary medical fitness certificate duly issued by the CMO concerned if not. e~r_c:z.bt.line.d may be obtained before releasing pay of regular post. 4. Verification of character &: antecedents if not earlier done may be got done now as required under rules. 5. Seniority may be assigned from t:t!.e date of regularization in order of their merit obtained in the selection process of respective batch of recruitment however the incumbents who have been transferred on request without TTA &: joining time from other Circle/Wing cadre may be placed at the bottom as per the date of joining in the corresponding Division.. 6.
