KGBTC Constitutional Changes Major review of club s commercial status, governance, structure undertaken previously by Ian Cooper & John Witham in 2014 Working Party of John Henderson, Phillip Grant-Allen, Neil Jones KGBTC Special General Meeting held in February endorsed changed structure: o Board of Management o 3 undesignated members to join Board

Burnside Council Kensington Gardens Proposed Development Council (10 to 15 year) master plan distributed to community for consultation Many proposed components around the whole precinct gardens, ponds, parking, etc Key elements for us reduced grass courts & a hub building arrangement to be shared by Tennis (Kensi & ETKG), Bowls, Rugby and Cricket Consultations resulted in massive community objections to hub concept from clubs and residential communities KGBTC Submission (jointly between Bowls & Tennis) submitted to Council antihub KGBTC/ETKG joint Tennis Precinct submission submitted to council proposing a much more cost effective re-development plan o Anti-hub o Retention of 15 grass courts + additional hard courts o Vision for the premier tennis precinct in Adelaide o Potential for possible coming together of Tennis Section of KGBTC and ETKG in future o Excellent joint submission prepared largely by Keith Payne & Deane Jarvis with some input from Allan Wells from ETKG o Consultations are ongoing with council and other precinct stakeholders (including Tennis SA, Rugby & Cricket) 10.
