2 To our valued Sponsor The Adelaide Comets Football Club wishes to take this opportunity to invite your organisation to be a valued Sponsor for all Junior and Senior teams in The Adelaide Comets Football Club in season 2010 will be participating in the Premier League after just missing out on promotion in These goals cannot be achieved without the strong support of current and potential sponsors. Our committee, Senior and Junior players understand that in difficult times our current and future sponsors' investments are of paramount importance to our Club's ongoing success and stability. The 2010 Soccer Season will be fielding over twenty junior teams in the Junior Premier League, two in the Amateur League, Women's League, Over 35's and 3 Senior teams in the Premier League being the U19's Reserves and First Team. It is now common knowledge that Santos Stadium, with its state of the art facilities is the home ground for the Adelaide Comets Senior Teams. This will allow us to promote your business at all home games with great visible signage, after match presentations, Match Day Programmes, Live Reads to name but a few. Naturally, we are happy to discuss other possible options with you. In addition to the above, the Adelaide Comets Football Club also run a hugely successful 7-A-side Summer Twilight Tournament fielding Junior, Senior & Women's teams. With over 150 teams running for 11 weeks, this equates to 1,400 players on a given night which presents an exceptional opportunity to leverage your brand through the use of on field signage, promotional activity and possible 'Naming Rights' to the competition itself. The ACFC aims to grow your business and is looking for\ a passionate long term sponsorship relationship. The Adelaide Comets Football Club are a non profit organisation with all profits generated during the year, including the 7-A-side competition, going back to fund improved infrastructure and equipment that benefits all players, visitors, spectators that visit Ellis Park during the year.

3 In 2005, the Club contributed $90,000 to new state of the art lighting at Ellis Park, providing the soccer pitches with illumination at a level of LUX, on average. This is at a level that the FFSA sanctions for official night matches. In 2006, the Club purchased 12 sets of sleeved goals to reconfigure the grounds for 7-A-side at a cost of $12,000. In 2008, the Club erected a retractable verandah in front of the clubrooms and change rooms to help provide protection from the weather for spectators at a cost of $32,000. In the future, the Club is looking at building a new clubroom facility and develop a plateau area next to the ground to include additional football / soccer pitches. 5 Major Sponsors Adelaide Comets Football Club is seeking Major Sponsors who would be interested in sponsoring the Comets for season In appreciation, ACFC will display your Business Name and Logo on the front / back of our new soccer strips for You will also gain other bonuses mentioned in this sponsorship proposal. All proposals / sponsorship details are required by no later than Monday the 17 th of November 2010 to allow for printing of all strips prior to season commencement. The ACFC has already secured Distinctive Homes as a Major Sponsor on the front strip; however, sharing of the front strip or sole rights to the back of strip is still available.
