It s a large venue and large competition. Plan your travel to the venue accordingly. Athletes must CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT with your Team Rep. You must check out at your release time. We will take team pictures immediately after awards. You will be released immediately after team pictures. No polish, must be short. No exceptions. No Jewelry; please remove any jewelry before arriving at the meet point Parents, if available, please wear your parents shirts (long sleeve ACE color t-shirt / White Polo / Bling shirt, Bling Hoodie, etc.) let s show our colors to support our team. 2 Weather Forecast for Jacksonville, FL PARENT MEMO Event Parking-Parking is also located in the back of the WEST building. Estimate parking rates are approximately $10.00-$20.00.) Hall- WEST BUILDING Valencia Hall on LEVEL 4 will be used for this event Admission- CASH ONLY Adult 11 + $12.00 Children 10 and Under Free Doors Open- Sunday 8:00 am Teams Compete- Teams compete Sunday only. Food- Some arenas do not allow outside food and drink into the venue. There isn't any information posted about what the UNF arena will allow. Dress- Athlete- ACE Uniform; please show up COMPETITION READY. Parent- Please wear either an ACE shirt or ACE colors to the event Upon entry to venue- We will set our meet point as soon as we arrive. Please check with your team rep. Who should cheer for our team- All teams and parents cheer for each ACE team performing. Is there a parent/fan area- There should be a parent/fan area to watch and cheer for their teams. Once your team has competed, you will be directed out of the area for the next set of spectators to view their team. Vendors- WSA usually has a few vendor booths with cheer merchandise available to purchase. There will be no ACE merchandise available for purchase. Cash is preferred. Awards- Awards are at the same time for all teams. Please be in uniform. We will meet 20 minutes prior to our awards time to head to awards as a program.

3 Sign Out- Make sure you sign your athlete out with your team rep. How to read the ACE schedule- Arrival-The time your athlete is to be in the venue checking in with the team rep Meet-The time your athlete is to be meeting his/her coach (team rep will notify where at check in) Warm up-the time the event producer has designated as our warm up time for each team Performance/Compete-The time the event producer has scheduled our team to perform or compete Awards- The time that your athlete will find out his/her team s placements at a two-day event. The time your athlete must be ready for awards. (We will wear program shirt over uniform for awards) Release-The time your athlete is allowed to leave the event (you must check out with your team rep)
