We are looking forward to an exciting weekend!! Doors open Saturday: 10:00am Sunday: 9:00am Parking- Parking is available at the Mitchell Center. Entry Fee Entrance to JAMFEST events for family and friends is FREE Check in - Meet at the designated meet point (ENTRANCE TO WARMUP). Please find the warmup entrance as you enter the facility to know where the meet point is. Some teams are on a tight schedule going from watching a team to meeting to warmup. You are required to check in with your team rep (in person) at check in. Check out - Parents and athletes are REQUIRED to check out (IN PERSON) with your team rep after awards. Do not call or text to check out. Concessions - Concessions will be available. No outside food or beverage is allowed into the venue. Please have cash available for concessions. We can t guarantee a healthy and nutritious choice for your family, as we do not control the food service. If your family has a strict diet, please bring food according to your family diet and leave in car for access. Is there a parent/fan area There is a parent viewing area for the teams competing! JAMFEST has reserved the front rows for the competing team s fans wherever possible, ensuring a great seat for our spectators. Parents, if available, please wear ACE shirts or wear Red/Black/Yellow let s show our colors to support ACE teams!!!! Merchandise Merchandise will be available at this event. Please have cash/credit cards available for merchandise if you want to purchase items. Athletes Dress: Uniform/Competition Bow/Cheer shoes/warmup Suit Remember to arrive dressed and ready. All hair, makeup and dress are to be completed. At all times you are to have on athletic shoes and practice clothes/uniform. If your uniform is a midriff uniform an ACE shirt or Warm up jacket must be worn over uniform. NO Jewelry. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parents Dress: ACE color/themed Apparel Hair Athlete s hair is to be in a high ponytail with Gold ACE Competition Bow. As always please ensure there are no fly aways or whispies coming toward faces. NO GLITTER!!!

3 Make up - Make up should be classic looking. Look Pretty!!! We do not want to look washed out under bright lights. NO GLITTER!!!!! Video - JAMFESt has adopted a more spectator-friendly position, but they need your help in making it work for everyone. Family members are allowed to video and photograph their child s or friends performance as long as it is done from their seat and in an unobtrusive or non-distracting manner. It is expected that this video or photo is for personal use and, therefore, professional type equipment, videoing or photographing multiple performances, (i.e. an entire division, or every team from a gym) simply cannot be allowed.
