The following will be reviewed at the above meeting or before your first game: Team Eligibility Affidavits and supporting paperwork Medical Release Forms Coaches Concussion Certificates 2. Games will be played in accordance with the Official LL 2018 Tournament Rules. 3. Umpires will check all equipment prior to each game. Faulty equipment will be removed and given to the Tournament Director, and will not be allowed to be used. Equipment can be picked-up after the game ends. 4. Teams should arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game start time. 5. Team warm-up areas are provided. No hitting balls against the fences. 6. Pitching Affidavits must be filled out completely following each game. The Manager is responsible to ensure the Pitch Counts are accurate, and to sign-off on same 15 minutes after the game ends to certify their pitching; otherwise it becomes official. 7. Noisemakers of any kind are not allowed. 8. Teams must pick-up trash in dugout before vacating. 9. Spectators WILL NOT be allowed to bring COOLERS to the ballpark. There will be a water cooler in each dugout for the game. Team coolers will be allowed in the dugouts. DUGOUT COOLERS MUST BE PLACED IN DUGOUT AND WILL STAY IN DUGOUT UNTIL TOURNAMENT GAME(S) FOR THAT DAY ARE OVER. Please support the host League by using the Concession Stand. 10. The use of tobacco and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas No Exceptions. 11. Obscene language or harassment by anyone will not be tolerated. Offenders will be ejected from the complex. 12. Spectators may want to bring canopies, umbrellas, chairs, sunscreen, and bug spray (for evening games). 2

Follow 39A South. The road will curve and go east until you reach 39 South (James L. Redman Parkway). Take a right and follow 39 south to Highway 60. (NOTE: Collins Street turns into James Redman Parkway.) Continue past Highway 60 going south for approximately 5 miles. Pinecrest LL will be on your left. You can take the first left after the complex (Alderman Ford Road) and take either the first or second left to get to parking areas. (see complex map next page). From Highway 60 East or West: Take a right or left on Highway 30 going south. Continue south for approximately 5 miles. Pinecrest LL will be on your left. You can take the first left right after the complex (Alderman Ford Road) and take either the first or second left to get to parking areas. (see complex map next page)

Take a right at Bloomingdale Avenue (676A) and follow until it turns into Progress Boulevard. Take Progress Boulevard west until you come to 78th Street. Turn left at 78th Street for approximately two blocks. On the right you will see the sign for Larry Sanders Park. Follow the road all the way to the back where the baseball fields are located (see complex map). 15
