1 2011 USGF World Series WEST TENNESSEE HEALTHCARE SPORTSPLEX PARK INFORMATION Gate Admissions: Adult Tournament Pass - $35.00 Adult Daily Pass - $ 9.00 Children Tournament Pass (Ages 6-12) - $17.00 Children Daily Pass (Ages 6-12) - $5.00 Children (5 and under) Free No Gate Refunds For Any Reason Coaches Passes: Each team will receive 4 coaches passes at the coaches meeting. Coaches must show their pass at gate to get in. PASSES WILL NOT BE REPLACED FOR ANY REASON. Tobacco Free Facility: West TN Healthcare Sportsplex is a tobacco-free park. Thanks for your cooperation. Food/Beverage: Coaches (ONLY) will be allowed to bring in a total of two coolers per team. Tags will be supplied to each team at check-in. These two coolers must be tagged by the coaches. The coolers must remain tagged for the duration of your time at the Sportsplex and will be checked at the gate each time your team enters. Each player may bring in a personal water bottle and/or one small (10 15 qt.) personal cooler to be used for water and rags or ammonia water ONLY. Parents & spectators are not allowed to bring any coolers into the complex. We have a complete concessions area to take care of their needs. No food or drink may be brought into the complex other than described in this policy. No food is allowed to be cooked in the parking lot area for safety and health code reasons. We appreciate your cooperation; however, please be aware all bags brought into the complex will be inspected. If food or drink (which includes bottled water, flavored water, sports drinks or Gatorade type products) is brought into the complex, it will be confiscated. Please review this information with your family so we do not have to interrupt a game and/or your coach to deal with these problems.

Pregame Warmup: All team pre-game warm-ups will only be allowed in designated warm up areas, or in the outfield of a ball field. Built on over 70 acres of land visible from I-40 and located adjacent to Pringles Park, the new SportsPlex will serve several million young players and their families in the first 10 years of its life. Directions From Memphis: Take Exit 85 off of I-40 Go South on F. E. 5 Final Note: West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex is one of the finest, most well maintained youth and adult sports facilities available. Teams are expected to pick up trash and debris in the dugout before departure from all games. Your assistance in keeping these facilities in shape would be greatly appreciated. Please urge your coaches, players and fans to use all trash receptacles provided. We believe that the respect of a ballpark and ball fields is something that coaches, parents and fans can, by example, teach young players along with learning how to play the game.
