The HIMSS NYS Chapter Events Committee has brought together a phenomenal event with subject matter expertise from around the city, state and country to discuss the hottest topics in today s health information technology environment. This full day program is properly named HIT: Changing The Game. Food and beverages will be served and we have great support from our vendors and sponsors who will be exhibiting at this event as well. As the in-depth Thought Leadership Presentations and Panel Discussions come to a close, we will engage in the networking event and tours of YANKEE STADIUM. Yankee Stadium is very concerned about safety and security and has asked us to inform our attendees that if items will be coming into the stadium like laptops, that a carry in form must be completed by June 1, This form must be sent to Anthony Ferrante, (amfjo48@yahoo.com), Board Member, HIMSS NYS Chapter. He will notify the authorities at Yankee Stadium and deliver these forms to the proper security personnel so that you will then be allowed to a carry in items like laptops. The essential document for you to complete are below. The forms must be completed in advance and submitted to Anthony Ferrante by no later than June 1, ITEMS NOT LISTED IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE STADIUM. The security for Yankee Stadium is strict. Complete the forms to enter into the stadium with all materials and send the documents to Anthony Ferrante at amfjo48@yahoo.com. If these materials are not listed in advance on the enclosed documentation, they will not to be allowed to enter into the Stadium. YANKEE STADIUM DOCUMENTATION Please list all items on the attached documentation and send it back to Anthony asap at amfjo48@yahoo.com. We are providing you with an example below. EVENT BADGES The Badges will be printed by Event Management and available for pick up upon arrival at the check in desk at Yankee Stadium. Badges must be worn at all times, including move-in and move-out. Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring passes are provided only to the company s personnel. ENTRANCE INTO STADIUM (Event Attendees) YANKEE STADIUM RULES: Guests = Event Attendees. Guest Entry via Suite Entrance (on the corner of 161 st Street and Macombs Dam Bridge) (next to Gate #4). In order to ensure a secure entry, guests (Event Attendees) must be listed on the guest list and will be checked off by Security. HIMSS Events Committee will supply Yankee Stadium Security with the pre- registration list. NOTE: WALKS IN (NOT PRE-REGISTERD) HAVE A DIFFERENT ENTRANCE. WALK INS: Guests needing to register on the day of the event may enter via the Press Gate, adjacent to the Suite Entrance. HIMSS will be responsible for staffing someone to run day-of registration.
