3 Key features The 2015/16 consultation highlighted calls for investment on public transport corridors, walking and cycling Investment in smarter choices will have a high priority throughout Need for affordable, reliable sustainable travel options Uplift to public transport and cycling enabled by more ambitious management of through traffic movements Investment in orbital traffic capacity - has a strong policy link with downstream management of through traffic on radial routes hysical restrictions and/or fiscal restraint options - no easy options.
