Everyone on Team Hillenburg is eligible to earn points. Incentive Guidelines Incentive period is 1/1/ /31/2014. Consultants have until 1/31/2015 to use their points Consultants must be Qualified & Active to redeem points Points are earned on a monthly basis Points cannot be transferred to another consultant If your points balance reaches the maximum of 250 points you will have to use them before earning more points If your director promotes out, you will have 30 days to redeem your points Items are subject to availability and can change by catalog season Points Consultants & Senior Consultants Points Directors & Above 5 points per $1000 in PV (example: $3000 in PV = 15 points) 10 points per Personal Recruit 10 points for promoting to Senior Consultant 20 points for promoting to Director 10 points $2000 PV 5 points for each additional $1000 PV (example: $3000 in PV = 15 points) 10 points per Personal Recruit 30 points for promoting to Senior Director 40 points for promoting to Executive Director 50 points for promoting to Senior Executive Director 60 points for promoting to National Executive Director Consultants can earn points from Recruits with an entry date of 1/1/ /31/2014 Personal Volume earned between 1/1/ /31/2014 Points have no monetary value An will be sent to you by the 15 th of each month with your point balance

17 Director Retreat 2014 Spotlight Our annual Director Retreat took place May 1-3 at my home in Soddy Daisy, TN. We had so much fun doing crafts, listening to Shari Hudspeth, dancing, boat rides, photo booth, learning, Kizzy came to visit, networking and just being together. Any director on my team is invited.
