Recruiting Seminar January 3rd Please join us for the MAVS 2019 Recruiting Seminar to learn more about the recruiting process. 2 MAVS Volleyball Season- Athletic Training for Players and Parent Gym Membership Option. MAVS Volleyball Players have their own strength and conditioning program taking place four nights a week. At the Burn KC, there will be multiple volleyball specific strength and conditioning classes taking place Monday Thursday. MAVS players will get the special rate of $49.99 per month for unlimited strength and conditioning classes. Parents will receive full gym access for the special introductory rate of $29.99 per month. This gym has weight lifting machines, benches, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, exercise bikes, TRX workout frame, functional training space, adult workout classes, personal training and small group training. Lessons will be fast paced and structured for all kids to receive personal instruction with multiple touch opportunities based on skill level. : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays beginning April 9 th for 4 weeks. (mbaska@mavskc.com) Saturdays: $300 per team Sundays: $225 MAVS_ Volleyball Bob Ehler coaches 14-3 Select. He first started playing volleyball in 1971 when 9 players weron each side, rotation was a reverse z patter and you had to serve to score (games were to 15 points). Serves that hit the net and went in were re-serves. Bob played in a Miller Lite Pro Open on the beach in Chicago, grass doubles, grass triples, and mens sixes.
