2 Ben Davis - Recently retired Principal dancer with The Australian Ballet Company Born in Melbourne in 1982, Ben started attending dance classes at age seven. He trained with Leeanne Rutherford of Ballet Theatre Australia and joined The Australian Ballet in Ben was promoted to coryphée in 2009 and to soloist for the 2011 season. Ben Davis Classical Teacher Contemporary Teachers Kiara Kieser - Kiara trained with the Australian Ballet School (Junior School) for 4 years and later at The Jane Moore Academy of Ballet for most of her training. years then went onto complete 2 years at Spectrum Dance Full-time Performing Arts. Since then she has gone on to dance all around the world. Performing in the world Premiere of MOONSHADOW, the Musical, Assistant Choreographer to Yvette Lee (In The Heights), David Atkins Enterprises, 2014 Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony in Glasgow dancing alongside Jessica Mauboy. The Asian Cup Opening Ceremony, dancing alongside DJ Havana Brown. The Emporium launch alongside Baz Luhrmann. Kiara has assisted Choreographer Yvette Lee with the Royal Caribbean Auditions, Universal Studios Japan Melbourne Auditions. Kiara performed in Tim Lawson's and Simon Painter's CIRQUE ANDRENALINE, Perth, Melbourne and Singapore seasons and The Production Company's FUNNY GIRL alongside Caroline O Connor. Kiara recently finished the Melbourne season of CARMEN (OA) Choreographed by Kelley Abbey. Kiara performed at the 2017 AFL Grand Final behind 'Dami Im half-time performance.

Kiara Kieser Contemporary Teacher Contemporary / Lyrical Samantha Dashwood Sam started dancing at the age of three and went on to train in ballet, jazz and contemporary dance styles in her hometown in Queensland. In her final years of high school, Sam commenced an elite training course in ballet and contemporary with heavy focus on technique development and performance skills. Following this, Sam made the move to Melbourne to train full time at Ministry of Dance before commencing her Bachelor studies in Dance & Education at the QUT. Performance credits span commercial, corporate and contemporary works including Neighbours (Channel 10), Ausdance Bell Tower Series, Zeta Dance & many more. Sam has a strong focus on education within the dance industry. She spent three years as the manager within a full time dance program, delivering high-calibre training and qualifications, preparing dancers for the professional industry. Through teaching young dancers, Sam hopes to instil in them a passion for dance.

4 Samantha Dashwood Contemporary / Lyrical Teacher Contemporary / Broadway Jazz Nathan Pinnell Nathan is an award-winning performer with a career spanning over two decades. His professional career began at the age of 9 in two Opera Australia productions, Falstaff and Manon Lescaut. As a young boy he also appeared in numerous television commercials such as Sea Monkey s, Australia Post and Meadow Lea. Nathan has been involved in Melbourne Fashion Week, re-opened Hamer Hall Arts Centre, performed for the Prime Minister at Australia House in London and took part in launching for Mercedes Benz. His theatre credits include Singin In The Rain (Dance Captain/Swing/Cover: Production Tenor and Dialect Coach), Hugh Jackman: Broadway To Oz (Dance Captain/Featured Ensemble), Anything Goes (Dance Captain/Swing/Cover: Billy Crocker), Baz Luhrmann s Strictly Ballroom: The Musical as Liam Lamb (Understudied and performed Ken Railings, Nathan Starkey and Clarry Welch), Legally Blonde as Carlos (Savoy, West End), West Side Story as Baby John, Chicago: The Musical for which he received a Green Room Award (Cover: Mary Sunshine), Dusty: The Original Pop Diva as Young Tom, We Will Rock You (Ensemble and Swing), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, High School Musical (Cover: Jack Scott/Ryan Evans), Eurobeat: Almost Eurovision and Rhythm and Runners (Melbourne Fringe Festival). For the Production Company: Gypsy (Tulsa), receiving Best Supporting Actor for the Theatre People Pro Choice Awards, Promises Promises, 42nd Street, Sweet Charity and The Music Man. Television credits include: It Takes Two, Blue Heelers, So You Think You Can Dance, The Footy Show, Australia s Most Wanted, Wicked Science, The Morning Show, Morning s with Kerrie Anne and Sunrise. Nathan was also Assistant Choreographer for Caroline O Connor and Strictly Sydney Mardi Gras Finale Float 2014.

5 Nathan has been teaching and choreographing for various universities, full time courses and dance studios for the last 16 years. He is renowned for his progressive work as a passionate performer, teacher and artist within the industry and continues to create and work with the worlds finest. Nathan Pinnell Contemporary / Broadway Jazz Teacher Jazz Teachers Natalie Bray - Natalie Bray was welcomed to JMAB Faculty in Natalie studied RAD Ballet under Miss Jane Moore at JMAB for 10 years ( ) completing her RAD Grade Examinations (1 to 8) and Major Examinations (Intermediate Foundation to Advanced 1 & Advanced 2). Natalie also trained at the Australian Ballet School where she completed ABS Level 5. Natalie is in her final year of study to become a qualified RAD teacher. Natalie's role is to support JMAB teachers and students by coaching students for RAD Exams and Competition Solos. Natalie has danced since the age of three and performed in many dance Eisteddfods throughout Victoria, competing in various styles of dance and winning Championship titles in Tap, Jazz & Classical Sections. Natalie studied Jazz for many years with Miss Suzanne Martin and Miss Rebecca Anderson and currently teaches Jazz to our -Pre-Junior, Primary, and Grade 1 & Grade 2 students.

6 Natalie Bray Jnr. Jazz Teacher Andrea Wigg is a popular teacher and choreographer, skilled in all dance styles. Classically trained and a championship winner herself. Now favouring Jazz Andrea has taught Grades 1 to Advanced at Jane Moore since she joined in 2007 and is also a current Eisteddfod Adjudicator having judged over 50 Eisteddfods nationally since After completing a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University she performed free-lance from in various productions including many seasons as a dancer with the Victoria State Opera in commercial productions and floorshows and numerous sporting and television events working as a dancer. Andrea later taught Jazz, Tap and Classical at the industry s most high profile dance studio of its time, Tony Bartuccio s Performing Arts Centre from and became Assistant Choreographer to Tony Bartuccio from Subsequently Andrea s experience encompassed a wide range of television and corporate production work including In Melbourne Tonight (GTV10), The Footy Show (GTV 9), the Australian Film Industry Awards working with Hugh Jackman and Dancing With The Stars series final Series 3, (Channel 7) Assistant Choreographer Andrea Wigg Snr. & Jnr. 7 Hip Hop Teacher Jess Hayes - After growing up in NZ, and studying all forms of dance, musical theatre and gymnastics, Jess furthered her dance studies and began a professional career in Sydney, studying at David Atkins Dynamite Studios and then moving into the industry. She has performed in many commercial and theatrical dance productions, including 7 years work for Walt Disney Special Events and Conrad & Co where she performed in stage shows as a dancer and performer in both Australia and Asia including Taiwan, The Philippines, Singapore and Japan. After settling in Melbourne and beginning a dance teaching career, working for several Melbourne Dance Studios she was an original member of street tap dance group The Swift Rhythm Hoofers Jess also moved into the Sport Aerobics world. Jess has been Head Coach of Sport Aerobics and Dance at Mentone Girls' Grammar School for 18 years and the squad has gone onto win many National titles in both Sport Aerobics and Dance. Jess holds a Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management, is a member of the Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) and has taught dance and Sport Aerobics at many Dance studios and independent schools across Melbourne, and also volunteered her time with the Migrant Resource Centre as a dance teacher. Her true passions within dance are Tap, Hip Hop/Funk and jazz, and she has choreographed many competition routines for students across Australia and NZ. Realising she needed to combine her love of travel with performing arts and also holding a qualification in Retail Travel Sales, Jess also is the Victorian Representative for Global Dance Tours, a tour company specialising in Performing Arts travel packages.
