Blue represents Vigilance, Perseverance and Justice. The flag should be displayed from sunrise to sunset. If the flag is displayed at night it should be illuminated. Never allow the flag to touch the ground or the floor. When displayed on a wall or window the blue field should be in the upper left corner. 5 How to Fold the Flag According to military custom flags should be folded into a triangular shape when not in use. Put the Flags in Order Use the magic eraser here for the answers Folding the Flag Order of FLags Build the Flag Make a Star With One Cut Step 1. Fold an 8-1/2" x 10" piece of paper in half. Step 2. Fold and unfold in half both ways to form creased center lines. (Note: be sure paper is still folded in half.) Step 3. Bring corner (1) right to meet the center line.
