We will have a variety of events that will prepare your team for upcoming competitions and the 2016 World Jump Rope Championship and Camp. Everyone is invited!!! Adults are welcome to compete!!! When: May 7th, 2016 Where: Mason Intermediate School 6307 S. Mason Montgomery Rd. Mason, OH Times: Doors open at 7:30am Coaches & Judges Meeting at 8:00am National Anthem 8:45m Tournament Begins at 9:00am Events: M/FSRS (30 seconds); SRPDU; SRSR; DDSR (3x40); DDPS; DDDU; M/FSRF; SRPF; SRWF; SRTF; DDSF; DDPF; DDTF, DDC. Cost $40.00 Tournament fee* before 4/15/16, $45.00 after 4/15/16. No registrations will be accepted after 5/1/2016. *Tournament fee includes t-shirt. $6.50 Deli lunch optional for all participants, coaches and spectators. Lunches for judges will be provided. Box 898 Mason, OH Must be received by May 1 st Priority or Overnight mail is recommended for last minute entries to meet the deadline. ITEMS TO SEND Ohio Open Tournament Registration Forms (copy as necessary) (One for EACH individual competitor) 2. Competition Fees for each Competitor (Adults are welcome to compete) $40.00 for EACH individual competitor payable to Comet Skippers) 3. Other Volunteers Sign-Up Sheet Lunch Choices (to be ordered via on line registration) We will be offering a healthy selection of Subway Sandwiches for any participant, coach or spectator for $6.50 per meal. Please use the online registration to place your lunch order. Following are the selections you will find on line: 6 Sandwich: Turkey Ham BMT Veggie No Cheese All lunch orders include condiments, chips, apple and a juice box. If medical attention is required for injury or illness while at the Tournament, I give my permission for such medical care and we (or) I will be financially responsible. I also give permission for Comet Skippers to use any videos and / or photographs of the participant for publicity, advertising or other commercial or promotional purpose.
