3 WELCOME TO OUR 61 st ANNUAL BANDIT CHASE If you are a first time bandit chaser, hold on to your hat, if you are a seasoned chaser, here is a reminder of what our weekend plans include: SATURDAY, JUNE 2, 2018 In-Camp Treasure Hunt: 10:00 AM until Treasure is found (No clues given during chase!) LUNCH: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM BANDIT CHASE: 1:00 PM (No early or late arrivals) to 4:30 PM Be ready to capture one of 11 BANDITS that have escaped into the hills. Our Posse has put out a reward on these desperadoes, if you catch one you collect the bounty! We will arm you with a map showing what direction the bandits headed. The Bandits must move from their hiding places every 10 minutes. ALL BANDITS WILL BE CAUGHT. RULES TO CATCH A BANDIT: You must get within 10 feet of a Bandit, point out the bandana and say You re a bandit and you re under arrest. They will surrender their bandana and take your button. You will receive your reward at dinner. Only one bandit per person! All chasers must leave from the staging area at the correct time (no early birds). No bandits will be caught by the Butte County Posse members, only our guests! DINNER: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. BANDIT CHASE REWARDS will be distributed during the meal. A GREAT RAFFLE will be held as well! If you are still looking for fun after the dinner and raffle, both the Bambi Inn and Outpost have been warned that we are in town. Please remember no horses are allowed inside their establishments. SUNDAY, JUNE 3, 2018 Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Last Chance Ride: 9:00 AM Last rider out 10:00 AM. Prizes awarded for highest and lowest hands drawn If you need additional information or help at camp any Posse member can assist you. 4 CAMP RULES 1. Minors must be camping with an adult. 2. No under-age drinking will be allowed. 3. Dogs must be on a leash at all times in camp. 4. No firearms or fireworks. 5. No Individual Campfires this year 6. Do not ride in the meadows around camp. 7. Do not ride on private property around the camp.. 8. Stay out of all areas around homes in the area. 9. Bag your trash (we provide bags). 10. Drive slowly in camp due to dust and loose horses and people If you have any questions find a Posse member. 12. Please do not arrive earlier than 9:00 AM. or later than 9:00 P.M. on Friday June 2nd, No bicycles, motorcycles or quad runners allowed in camp. 14. All horses must be sound. We recommend horses be shod. 15. No stallions. Besides the Friday night cheeseburger, fries, and domestic beer special they have breakfast specials too for anyone interested in breakfast on Saturday morning. All applications must reach us by MAY 21, Our Caterer has agreed to add dinner only tickets for $25.00 PROVIDED we have confirmation and advance payment by May 21 st. We will have lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Vegetarian meals are available with advance notice. The Bandit Chase is Saturday. Our Last Chance Ride with Prizes is on Sunday.
