CANADIAN JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE PLAYERS OF THE WEEK WEEK SEVEN Beau Lumley - Runningback - Windsor AKO Fratmen Beau is a rookie out of Herman Secondary in Windsor. He had one of the best all around games in the history of the AKO Fratmen. Beau totaled 325 allpurpose yards, including 190 yards on 19 carries and a touchdown, as well as 2 catches for 38 yards and 5 punt returns for 97 yards. With Windsor trailing 10-9 at the half, Beau took the 1st play from scrimmage in the 2nd half, 77 yards for a touchdown that gave AKO a lead that they never relinquished on their way to a win over the St. Leonard Cougars. Andrew Oake - Linebacker - Vancouver Island Raiders Defensively in Week 6 there were a number of outstanding performances as all three visiting teams would combine for just 22 points. One performance however stood out from the others. Vancouver Island Raiders linebacker Andrew Oake is the BCFC Defensive Player of the Week. The second year player would record six tackles, a batted ball, a forced fumble AND a fumble recovery in the end zone for a touchdown as the Raiders defeated the Westshore Rebels Nick Downey - Returner - Langley Rams The BCFC Special Teams Player of the Week is a no brainer. On Saturday night, Langley Rams returner Nick Downey showed why he is a two time CJFL Return Specialist of the Year. He would return five kicks (3 punts and 2 kick-offs) for 226 yards and two touchdowns against the Broncos. With 20 seconds remaining in the first half Downey would return a punt 71 yards for a major, then on the opening kick-off of the second half Downey scampered 96 yards for a touchdown. This would be his third of the season and fourth in his career, both setting new CJFL records. Downey would add a 50 yard touchdown reception and has now scored six touchdowns in two games against Kamloops. Langley won 43-7.

was a man who could build cabinets and also build a solid foundation for a statistical program in the Canadian Junior Football League. The two go hand in hand as you need the mathematical skills to build something that is even on all sides and will fit in specific areas and is sturdy and will stand the test of time. He was constantly looking for the perfect program to accurately record the statistical game information. He knew the importance of this task as it also had to stand the test of time in securing records for teams and individual players. Sadly, Pete passed away on Tuesday, September 13 th, Pete had been the statistician for the Okanagan Sun and took over as the statistician for the B. C. Football Conference in 1991, a position he held for 15 years. When I became the CJFL Commissioner in 1997 Pete graciously accepted the position as the CJFL league statistician. Pete received a Life membership in the Canadian Junior Football League in 2003 in recognition of his dedication and hard work as a team and a conference statistician. Ed Plant, the current CJFL statistician, made the following statement in a recent message after hearing about Pete s passing. I'm saddened to hear of Pete's passing. Not only was he the BCFC guy, he was also my predecessor as the CJFL statistician. A lot of our current procedures are based on the foundation that Pete and others made, and I appreciated Pete's guidance when I first started working with the CJFL, and for his assistance over the past few years. I will always remember Pete for those unusual phone calls to or from his workshop with the whirl of a saw in the background where he may be working on assembling that perfect bookcase or creating that perfect statistical program. He will be deeply missed by his family, his many friends and colleagues. Ron White

Team Record Home Away PF PA Pts Vancouver Island Raiders Okanagan Sun Langley Rams Westshore Rebels Kamloops Broncos Chilliwack Huskers BCFC Week Six Review By Ryan Watters BCFC Media Coordinator Week 6 of the BCFC would feature a clean sweep by the home teams as each of the three wins were lopsided scores. The first place Vancouver Island Raiders remain undefeated after a 52-8 pounding of their Island rival, the Westshore Rebels. The Raiders compiled an impressive 732 offensive yards in their 60 th franchise win. Quarterback Jordan Yantz would account for 389 of those yards finishing 18 of 27 for 386 yards and four more touchdowns. He would add three yards rushing on the afternoon. Yantz would spread the ball around, finding nine different receivers. Andrew Smith was again the favourite target catching a game high six balls for 184 yards and had two majors. Dustin Pederson caught five passes for 77 yards while Michael Schaper and Matt Sawyer scored the other two Yantz touchdowns. On the ground the BCFC s leading rusher Jordan Botel was once again dominate. The tailback would rush 12 times for 136 yards and would record a TD. Kicker Mark Mueller was perfect on two field goals both from 19 yards out and was 5-5 in converts. Defensively the Raiders would be simply outstanding against the pass, not allowing a single completion. They would hold two Rebel quarterbacks to a 0-14 afternoon. They would force five turnovers including a fumble recovery by Andrew Oake in the end zone for a major. He would add six tackles and a knockdown to his day. Adam Laurensse picked off two passes, forced a fumble and made two tackles. Ranji Atwall recorded five tackles and had an assist. The Raiders go to 6-0 and will travel to Kamloops to take on the 1-5 Broncos on Saturday night. The loss drops the Westshore Rebels back down to.500 at 3-3, totalling just 221 yards, all of which was on the ground.

They would use two quarterbacks as Cat Todorovich finished zero of eight and Mark Black was zero and six on the day. The Rebels ground attack did have some success as Greg Morris carried 18 times for 205 yards and would score the only touchdown for the visitors. Todorovich ran for 24 yards on two carries and Jessie Fitch rumbled 15 yards on a pair of carries. The Rebels D was tested all day as 11 players had multi-tackle games. Bryon Sharratt, Blake Ector, Dane Douglas and Taylor Gudgeon each had four tackles. Gudgeon would also recover the lone Raiders turnover. The Rebels will host the 5-1 Okanagan Sun on Saturday night in a rematch of Week 4. Saturday afternoon the Langley Rams would win their third straight and move into a tie with the Rebels for third in the BCFC at 3-3. The Rams would smack the visiting Kamloops Broncos Prior to the game Broncos head coach Duncan Olthuis stated his club need to stop Nick Downey...they didn t. The two-time CJFL Return Specialist of the Year would torch the Broncos with three touchdowns. A 71-yard punt return, 96 yard kick-off return and a 50 yard touchdown reception. Perhaps the most impressive stat is the fact Downey scored all three within a span of 1:17 on game clock. His first score was the 50 yard TD reception from quarterback Brandon Leyh with just 1:03 remaining in the first half. 43 seconds later, after a Bronco two and out, Downey returned the punt 71 yards to pay dirt heading into halftime. Then on the opening kick-off of the second half Downey would complete the hat trick. The kick-off return was his third of the season and fourth of his career, both totals setting new CJFL records. In two games against the Broncos, Downey has six touchdowns. Rams QB Leyh would finish nine of 14 for 220 yards and two touchdowns. Daniel English caught four passes for 94 yards and a score, while Downey finished with two catches for 93 yards. On the ground the Rams were led by Kyle Albertini who carried nine times for 52 yards and had a major, while Malcolm Freeman had five carries for 47 yards and a score. Had it not been a career day for Downey, the Rams defence would have been the story. They would record seven sacks and forced two turnovers. Jeff Paras intercepted a pass, while Jordan Linnen picked up a fumble. The 3-3 Rams will travel to Chilliwack for a date with the 0-6 Huskers on Saturday night. The Kamloops Broncos fall to 1-5 on the year after the loss. Their offense would sputter against an extremely motivated Rams D. They would tally just 130 offensive yards. Three Bronco quarterbacks would combine for a 10 of 26 night for 91 yards and a pick. Carter Bilawchuk would lead the way with three catches for 28 yards. On the ground Joel Mukendi carried five times for 63 yards and would score the only Bronco touchdown. Defensively the Broncos saw an outstanding game from Drew Markortoff who had five tackles and two sacks. Clayton Ludba tallied four tackles while Wes Black had a sack. The 1-5 Broncos will host the 6-0 Raiders on Saturday night. The lone Sunday game of the week saw the Okanagan Sun keep pace with the other home teams by beating the Chilliwack Huskers 42-7.

It was the first game for the Sun with Jay Christensen back on the sideline as the offensive coordinator. We were committed to the run, said Christensen following the game. The ground attack did not disappoint. Seven ball carriers would tally 313 yards, led by Arman Bokitch who had a game high 13 carries for 104 yards and an eight yard touchdown run. Linebacker Evin Polack made his debut at fullback and carried seven times for 72 yards. Another defensive player would have success on the ground as BCFC sack leader Steven Doege scored two touchdowns from one yard out. Quarterback Jeremy Mraovic finished 11 of 22 for 131 yards and one touchdown; a 12 yard score to Mike Friend. He would also find Dan Turek three times for 22 yards. The Sun defence would hold the Huskers to just five yards on the ground. Carson Park had a terrific game with two tackles, three assists, recovered a fumble and had a pick six, running in the interception 18 yards. Brandon Donkers led the way with four solo tackles and a sack, while Doege also had a sack, a fumble recovery and three tackles. The 5-1 Sun will visit the Island on Saturday night and battle the 3-3 Rebels. The Chilliwack Huskers came into the game having been shut out by the Sun for 17 consecutive quarters. The ground game would struggle, however the passing attack out duelled the Sun compiling 161 yards. Quarterback David Hollinshead was 12 of 19 with two interceptions. Nick Diguistini would make four catches for 25 yards, while Ben Skerrett caught two balls for 59 yards. The scoreless streak would finally be snapped after 19 quarters as defensive back Tanner Hamade picked up a fumble in the third quarter and returned it 47 yards for the major. The Huskers defence were without Cody Hillhouse who broke his leg in practice. The D would recover two other Sun fumbles as Cole Herrmann and Jordan Milankovics would jump on loose balls. Herrmann had five tackles, two assists and a sack. Curtis Schindel and Jayson Bates would each record six tackles. The 0-6 Huskers will host the 3-3 Rams on Saturday night. BCFC Players of the Week Week Six The British Columbia Football Conference is pleased to announce their VidSwap.com Players of the Week for Week Six of the 2011 season. For the second consecutive week the BCFC Offensive Player of the Week is Westshore Rebel running back Greg Morris. The tailback would represent the only offense the Rebels could muster against the VI Raiders on Saturday afternoon in Nanaimo. With the Rebels not able to complete a single pass all game it was up to Morris to carry the load. He would carry 18 times for 205 yards averaging 11.4 yards a run. He would also score the lone touchdown of the game for the visitors. Defensively in Week 6 there were a number of outstanding performances as all three visiting teams would combine for just 22 points. One performance however stood out from the others. Vancouver Island Raiders linebacker Andrew Oake is the BCFC Defensive Player of the Week. The second year player would record six tackles, a batted ball, a forced fumble AND a fumble recovery in the end zone for a touchdown. Oake was part of the Raiders D that allowed just eight points on Saturday afternoon. It s the first defensive player of the week award for a Raider this season. The BCFC Special Teams Player of the Week is a no brainer.

Record setting outing for Downey By Chris Swartz, Langley Rams Media Coordinator The Langley Rams won their third game in a row and moved into a tie for third place in the BCFC standings with a 43-7 home victory over the Kamloops Broncos on Saturday. Nick Downey once again led the Rams to victory with a record setting performance that saw him move to the top of the BCFC scoring race with three touchdowns on the day, giving him 11 on the season. Downey, who wore number 80 last season, changed his jersey number to 6 this year, the same number worn by former BC Lions great Corey Philpot, who's nick name was "Quick Six", for Downey it was a "Quick " on Saturday after scoring three touchdowns in the span of 77 seconds, the CJFL does not have a category in it's record book for the quickest three touchdowns by one player, but while they are busy re-writing the record book for Downey they may have to create one. The Dartmouth Nova Scotia native scored his first touchdown of the day on a 50 yard pass from quarterback Brandon Leyh with 1:03 remaining in the first half, Downey's second of the day came just 43 seconds later when he fielded a Broncos punt on his own 38 yard line and took it all the way back for a 72 yard punt return touchdown with 20 seconds on the clock, Downey's third of the day came 34 seconds after that when he took the opening kick-off of the second half all the way back for a 96 yard kick-off return touchdown with 14:46 on the clock. The kick-off return touchdown was the third of the year for the two time CJFL Special Teams Player of the Year, a new CJFL record; it was also the fourth of his career, which is also a CJFL record. A typical Junior football career is five years, 18 to 22, Downey joined the Rams in 2009 as a 19 year old after spending a year at Acadia University, his record setting career kick-off return touchdown came mid way through his third year, he still has four games remaining in the 2011 season and one more full 10 game regular season of Junior football eligibility remaining. Downey is chasing several CJFL records in the career and regular season category, his punt return touchdown was the seventh of his career to date, the CJFL record for a career is 12, set by Kelowna's James Green over four seasons, Saturday's game was played in front of about 400 fans on a spectacular evening at the Township of Langley's McLeod Park Stadium. Langley quarterback Brandon Leyh opened the scoring on a 60 yard passing play to former New Westminster Hyack and New Mexico State University receiver Daniel English, giving the Rams a 7-0 lead just three minutes after the opening kick-off. A big punt by Nick Naylor pinned Kamloops deep in their own end and the Broncos opted to concede a 2 point safety rather than punt to Downey out of their own end-zone, the safety touchback gave the Rams a 9-0 lead with 7:53 remaining in the opening frame.

Penalty trouble once again hampered the Rams offense, and kept a couple of Bronco's drives alive, keeping the score 9-0 until Downey's 50 yard pass reception touchdown from Leyh with a minute to go in the half, Downey's 72 yard punt return touchdown came 40 seconds later and sent the Rams into the break with a 23-0 lead. Downey made the score 29-0 on the first play of the second half with his 96 yard kick-off return, a bad snap exchange forced holder Steve Martinez to attempt a 2 point convert pass attempt that fell incomplete. The Broncos got on the board with three minutes remaining in the third when running back Joel Mukendi found a crack the Rams defensive unit, which was rock solid all game, and sprinted 56 yards to the end zone to make the score It took just a couple of minutes for the Rams to respond and a 43 yard pass from Leyh to Downey set up Malcolm Freeman's 29 yard touchdown run to make the score 36-7 with a minute to go in the third. Leyh's day was done mid way through the fourth and Jon Roney went the rest of the way for the Rams at quarterback, Roney engineered the final score of the day with a nice drive that was capped off by a 13 yard touchdown run by Kyle Albertini, the 2010 VMFL Midget player of the year out of the Mission Niners program. Leyh completed 9 of 14 pass attempts for 220 yards and 2 touchdowns on the day and ran for another 21 yards on 3 carries. Albertini finished with 52 rushing yards and a touchdown on 9 carries, Freeman was right behind him with 47 yards and a touchdown on 5 carries. Daniel English was the game's leading receiver with 4 catches for 94 yards and a touchdown, Downey finished the day with 2 catches for 93 yards and a score. Downey ended up with 100 punt return yards and a touchdown on 3 carries, moving him into top spot in the BCFC in the punt return category with 275 yards, he also had 127 yards and a touchdown on 2 kick-off returns, giving him 408 kick-off return yards on 8 carries, for and average of 51.0 yards per carry and 3 touchdowns on the season. Langley's defensive unit continued it's stingy play, limiting the Broncos to just 130 yards net offense (56 of those yards coming on one play) and recorded 7 quarterback sacks on the day. Jas Dhillon led the way defensively with 3 solo tackles and a quarterback sack, other Rams sacks came from Arie Nakagawa, Ben Olsen, Scott Puffer, Justin Feke, Sheldon VanRoon and Kurt Pedersen and Brandon Klein teamed up for the other. Defensive back Jeff Paras had his league leading 4th interception of the season, the former Cloverdale Bengal looked to have his 5th pick of the year but couldn't quite find the handle on the errant Broncos toss. Langley improved to 3-3 with the win and head up the Valley next Saturday to play the 0-6 Huskers, game time is 7PM at Chilliwack's scenic Exhibition Stadium.

Team Calgary Colts Saskatoon Hilltops Winnipeg Rifles Regina Thunder Edmonton Huskies Edmonton Wildcats Record Home Away PF PA Pts PFC Week Five in Review By Tom Hallick PFC Media Coordinator Calgary Colts Edmonton Huskies 10 September Clarke Park The contest featured a struggling offense in the Calgary Colts against an Edmonton Huskies defense that despite dropping a 26-5 decision to the national champion Saskatoon Hilltops, showed that yes, they could run with the big dogs as they at times gave the Hilltops fits. The visitors would get on the board first as kicker Andrew Fabian, back after a bout of mono, connected on field goals from 50 and 48 yards to put the Colts up by 6. Cuong Thai Lieu, who would run for 74 yards on the night gave Calgary a 13-0 lead as he scampered 32 yards to paydirt. Fabian rounded out the quarter scoring with a kickoff single to make it a 14-0 game after 15 minutes. The Colts offense would shift into overdrive in the second quarter as they put up 31 points as pivot Clayton Masikewich had short fields to work with all period long. Fabian was good on his third field goal of the game to make it a 17-0 game. Masikewich & his mates would then put up 4 major scores in 8 minutes as Matt Lamoureux scored on a 59-yard touchdown grab; Lieu scored his second six-pointer on a 15-yard run; Ben Hnatiuk found the end zone with a 31-yard catch and Tom Shaw scored on a 10-yard strike from Masikewich. When all was said & done, Calgary had a 45-point lead. Huskies kicker Jonathan Heidebrecht put his club on the board in the final minute of the half that was set up by a Colton William 27-yard fumble return. Masikewich continued his hot hand in the 3rd quarter as he threw his 4th & 5th touchdown passes of the night to rookies Brendon Kearl & Rodreke Joseph to make it a 59-3 game heading home.

Edmonton would finally hit paydirt as Anthony Barrett took a 7-yard touchdown pass from Trevor Erdmann with 6 minutes to go. Kearl would get his 2nd score of the night as he and backup pivot Jeremy Long connected on a 31-yard score in the final 5 minutes. Regina Thunder Saskatoon Hilltops 24 September Gordie Howe Bowl The second half of the annual Shrine Bowl series between the Saskatchewan rivals took place at Gordie Howe Bowl as the Hilltops looked to keep pace with the Calgary Colts. The visiting Thunder needed a win to get them back in contention to host a playoff game. The only scoring of the opening 15 minutes was a Zack Schmidt single off of a 30-yard missed field goal. Regina would take a 7-1 second quarter lead as Wyatt Catley found Clay Cooke for the score. Schmidt would pull the home side to within 3 on a 23-yard field goal with 2:08 left in the half. The Toppers would go in front to stay as Regan Schuler had a 29-yard touchdown run on a 3rd-and-1 gamble to go up Thunder kicker Ben Koot was good on a 42yard field goal on the last play of the half to draw Regina to within a point at Schmidt would restore the 4-point Hilltop edge early in the third, then Schuler scored on a 1-yard-run to give the Hilltops a lead with 5 minutes remaining in the quarter. Schuler had 162 yards on 24 carries. Schmidt would add his third field goal from 25 yards out for the only points of the final frame. The Hilltops head to Calgary next Sunday as the two teams meet for the only time this season in a first place showdown, while the 1-3 Thunder will try to rebound as they host 3-1 Winnipeg also on Sunday afternoon. PFC Players of the Week Week Five Clayton Masikewich Quarterback Calgary Colts The 3rd-year Colts quarterback had himself a breakout game as he and his mates rolled to a win over the Edmonton Huskies on Saturday evening. Masikewich completed 18 of 24 passes for 375 yards, throwing for 5 touchdowns. The 6 4, 190-pound passer has thrown for 722 yards this season, has a completion percentage of 58.2 and has rocketed to 2nd in the passing efficiency rankings with a rating of Brett Pisio Defensive End Saskatoon Hilltops The 3rd-year defensive end established a new PFC record in Saturday s home field victory over the Regina Thunder. Pisio knocked down 4 Wyatt Catley passes, surpassing the single-game mark of 3, which was previously shared by Graham Smith of the Winnipeg Rifles who originally set the record on August 7, 2004 and Jordy Burrows of the Edmonton Huskies who equalled the feat in a September 19, 2004 contest. Pisio now has 6 pass knockdowns on the 2011 season. The 6 2, 215-pound defensive end hails from Saskatoon. Andrew Fabian Kicker Calgary Colts The sophomore placekicker returned to the lineup in Saturday s rout of the Edmonton Huskies and was good on 3 of 4 placements. His first two attempts were successful from 50 & 48 yards respectively. The 50-yard connection is the longest field goal in the conference this season. The 6 1, 195-pound product of Tilley sits 3rd in conference scoring with 34 points. PFC Week Six Preview By Tom Hallick, PFC Media Coordinator Edmonton Huskies Edmonton Wildcats (0-4) 7:00 pm September Clarke Park The 2 Edmonton clubs square off in what some are calling The Black & Blue Bowl on Saturday night. If one goes by the records alone, both teams have endured a lot of blue, as in bruises, in the first half of the season as the Clarke Park cotenants have yet to post a win between them.

The Huskies were routed by the Calgary Colts last Saturday night as Colts passer Clayton Masikewich threw for 375 yards and 5 touchdowns. The offense under Ben Gorniak needs to find its form of the season s first two weeks and fast, as they were held to a total of 172 yards of net offense in the loss to Calgary. On defense, Chance Hanson has moved into the lead in the points standings on the strength of 31 combined tackles (24 solo tackles, 1 assist, and 6 special teams stops). The Wildcats were also routed in their last contest two weeks ago to the tune of at the hands of the Winnipeg Rifles. The Cats offense has struggled mightily all season long as they ve averaged 7 points per outing. Receiver Ryan Smith has been a revelation as he recorded 13 catches for 134 yards, sneaking into the top 10 receivers list at #9 with 20 grabs & 234 yards. After an opening game loss where the defense surrendered only 9 points, they ve conceded 44, 30 & 54 points in their last 3 games. Kevin Hanson has led the defense, getting in on 25 tackles and recording an interception. Hanson holds down 4th in the conference defensive points standings with 49. Winnipeg Rifles Regina Thunder (1-3) - 1:00 pm September Mosaic Stadium The Rifles head into Mosaic Stadium with arguably the conference s (if not the country s) hottest offense led by PFC leading pivot Ryan Marsch. Marsch leads the PFC in passing touchdowns with 20, passing yards with 1486 and passing efficiency with a rating of Heading into this week s action, receivers Matt Lariviere, Alex Vitt, Derek Dean & Kurt Goodrich hold down spots in the conference top 10 yardage rankings. The ground game, led by Martin Hovi has also had its fair share of production. Hovi is 2nd in the conference with 350 yards and has found the end zone twice. The Rifles offense averages a conference best 45 points a game. The defense is coming into its own, as they had their best effort of the campaign in Edmonton two weeks ago. Donovan Gregoire, Mike Hauptkorn & Chad Okumura are the stalwarts so far. Gregoire had 9 tackles in addition to an interception two weeks ago; Hauptkorn has 22 solo tackles, 2nd most in the conference and Okumura is tied for 2nd in the PFC with 3 interceptions. The Thunder are on a 2-game slide thanks to losses in Winnipeg and Saskatoon and are no doubt happy to be having some home cookin. Wyatt Catley and crew will have to shake off last Saturday s loss where he passed for 167 yards. Mike Scheinbein & Clay Cooke teamed up for a dozen catches and 120 yards in the absence of Kolten Solomon. Tailback Thomas Ringlein should see more of the ball as he carried only 13 times for 53 yards in the loss. Defensive Back Blake Irwin & linebacker Philmon Bairu had great efforts last week. Irwin had 6 tackles & a pair of special teams solo stops, while Bairu racked up 5 tackles and had 5 assists. Saskatoon Hilltops Calgary Colts (4-0) 1:00 pm September McMahon Stadium First place in the conference goes to the winner of Sunday s lone meeting of 2011 between the Toppers & Colts. Saskatoon swept the Shrine Bowl series with their provincial rivals from Regina with a win last Saturday. Tailback Regan Schuler led the way offensively as he scored a pair of touchdowns and ran for 162 yards, moving into the PFC rushing lead with 417. Quarterback Chase Bradshaw is still struggling somewhat after going 12 of 27 for 137 yards last weekend, but is 5th in passing yards with 864. Calgary s passing game had their best showing of the year last week as pivots Clayton Masikewich & Jeremy Long combined for 479 yards and 6 touchdowns in the win over the Huskies. Masikewich got the nod as Offensive Player of the

Week. Tailback Cuong Thai Lieu added 74 yards and 2 more scores as well. Lieu holds down 3rd in rushing yards with 347. Sunday s game will feature the top 2 defenses in the conference as the Hilltops & Colts have only given up 83 points combined. Saskatoon defensive lineman Brett Pisio picked up Defensive Player of the Week honors as he knocked down 4 Wyatt Catley passes last Saturday, setting a conference record in that category. Not to be outdone was linebacker Ben Cressman, as he had a combined 7 tackles and an interception return. The Calgary defense has been, in a word, ferocious. Defensive End Prince Baffoh has tallied a 6-pack of quarterback sacks, in addition to a 46-yard fumble return for a major score in a Week 2 win over the Edmonton Huskies. Defensive Lineman Stephen Dereniwski has been a force as well as he s racked up 25 combined tackles and is 2nd in the defensive points standings with 56. Defensive Back Alex Saretsky had a pair of picks in last week s win. Kicker Andrew Fabian who s battled mono for a month, returned last week and earned Special Teams Player of the Week honors thanks to a 3 for 4 night in the field goal department, including 50 & 48 yard connections.
