16 Q&A 1Q. What other leagues are joining? 1A. We are honoring a non-disclosure agreement with many of the committed programs. Because of fear of retaliation from TYFA and MSYFL, most programs have asked to remain silent about their intent. We have numerous programs interested and others who have already committed. Our deadline for communities to file a letter of intent is March 30, 2012 to be considered a charter member. After this deadline these charter communities will be listed on the YFL website. Communities that show interest, but fail to join will remain anonymous. ˍ 祆 3Q. What is your league name and website? 3A. Our league is called Youth Football League of Tennesse. Our website is in the construction process at and our governing body of USA Football is located at usafootball.com. 16

17 Q&A 4Q. Who is in charge of your scheduling and official scheduling? 4A. Annually community presidents will review bids by referee providers, and vote to select the leagues provider for the season. Included in this bid will be the scheduling services to cover our schedule. 5Q. What makes your league better than TYFA/MSYFL? 5A. Wow there is simply too many great changes that ʸ 罆 give you the power and control, to make Saturday Football fun again. Give me 30 minutes to show you all the benefits of USA football and YFL of Tennessee. Simply put if this isn't the best league in Tennessee we will refund your league fees to us. LOL 6Q. Will there be a Varisty Program? 6A. Our rules and structure allow Varsity play, however there will need to be enough interest each year to justify a season. 17

Policies violations and ethics problems will be outlined in the bylaws that are determined by charter members, however no fines only suspensions will issued among communities. 8Q. Is there cheerleading? 8A. Yes! Cheerleading is optional however Cheer directors will meet and ratify their rules and competition dates. ˍ 蕆 ධօ 9Q. How do we pay for Officials at the league level 9A. Officials are paid by the home league directly following their scheduled games. The Officials are not picked by the home league or by the scheduler, there will be no "Home Cookin". The Officials are randomly scheduled. The league will ratify what the going rate for Officials will be by yearly bids. No Officials will by paid by the same community more than $600 yearly so no tax forms need to be filled out and filed with your early tax schedule. 18
