7 Bakers Barn The accommodation at Bakers Barn, which is not Listed, is split into two main buildings. The property has been completely renovated by the current owners to an exquisite standard and is presented with the highest quality of finish. The south facing main house centres on the main sitting room with wooden floors and a large woodburning stove. 11 The Annexe Annexe A feature of Bakers Barn is the secondary annexe that would be suitable for a variety of different uses and would easily convert into independent accommodation if required. Outbuildings North east of the main house is a new double garage with hot and cold running water and a selection of storage cupboards. Built onto the rear of the garage is a purpose built wine store with racking for 720 bottles and further shelving and floor storage for cases of wine. Concealed behind two high wooden gates is a well laid out storage area home to the oil tank, the refuse area and general garden storage as well as a garden machinery and power tool storage shed and separate workshop.
13 The Summer House On the south eastern side of the lawn, looking west over the grounds is a custom designed summer house that complements both the house and the garden. Complete with a power supply and externally lit, the summer house is an extraordinary addition to the property and epitomises the ethos behind the whole renovation.
