2 MR/MS. TALENTIME (BEST MANAGER) Best Manager is an individual event. There can be any number of participants from a college. All participants should mandatorily bring their college ID card. Participants are expected to bring their own mobile phones, laptops, pen drive, etc. Rules will be specific for each rounds. Participants will be disqualified on the spot if they fail to adhere to the rules. It is the responsibility of the participants to clear the doubts before the game commences. 10 LA VOLTA (SPOT DANCE) Spot dance is an individual event. There can be any number of participants from a college. Participants will be disqualified on the spot if they fail to adhere to the rules. Participants should be in decent attire. Unification of all dance style would fetch more points. No external properties are allowed. 11 LODESTONE (TREASURE HUNT) Each team should have four members. There can be any number of team from a college. Participants are not permitted to use vehicles during the course of the game. All participants are expected to bring mobile phones with internet facility. No team is permitted to use any electronic gadgets and internet unless they are instructed to do so. Participants will be disqualified on the spot if they fail to adhere to the rules. Decision of the coordinators will be final. 12 D AMOUR (GROUP DANCE) Team must consist of 3-12 members. There can be any number of team from a college. Group can perform any style of dance. Time limit 10 min performance, 2 min for stage settings. Pen drives/ CDs with music should to be submitted at the time of registration. Audio file should be minimum of 320kb, Mp3 file format. Technical issue and format compatibility for the audio files will be the sole responsibility of the team. Obscenity in any form is strictly prohibited. 13 COUTURE (FASHION SHOW) Time limit 12 minute on ramp, 2 minute for stage settings. A team can have 6-20 members (including models and others). There can be any number of team from a college. The team members need not be from same institution. Open theme event team can come up with a theme of their own choice, a description is to be announced within the allotted stage time. Pen drives/ CDs with music should to be submitted at the time of registration. Audio file should be minimum of 320kb, Mp3 file format. 14 VOICE OF TALENTIME Any number of participants are allowed. The event is common to male and female participants. Any language medium is allowed. Mixing of songs is not allowed. There will be two rounds, 1) your choice round. 2) Fast song round Participants should bring the karaoke of both the songs in their USBs. Duration of songs should be within 3 6 minutes. 15 OBSCURA (PHOTOGRAPHY) Any number of participants are allowed. Spots and themes will be given only at the venue. Only participants will be allowed to go to the given spot. Spots will be allotted on lot basis. Once allotted, spots cannot be changed. Event will take place as two rounds. Participants must stick to the timings, which will be specified later. Stick to volunteer instructions during the event, violation of any rules or any disobedient behavior will result disqualification. All your movements during the event must be informed to the volunteers at the spot, participants are not allowed to move to any other locations during the competition. 16 3 s Football The team must consist of 5 members in which 2 of them will be rolling subs. Each team must consist of members from their respective college only. Any number of participants from a college can participate for the event. All participants are required to carry their respective college ID card along with them. The total time for the game will be 12 minutes for one team with a half time at the 6th minute. Timings should be strictly followed. The semi-finals and finals may be conducted on the second day depending on the number of teams participating. Participants should carry their own football kit. Rules and regulations of the game will be explained on the day of the event. Decision taken by event heads and referee will be final and binding. 17 PUBG (ONLINE GAMING) Username and password will be shared in the official whatsapp group at the event. Game type-solo students only. Room username and password are not transferable. Emulators are allowed. No spectating allowed. No hacked versions. Cheaters will be disqualified. No refund for connection error. Committee will have the right to change the rules with no prior notice and the decision of the committee will be final. The total number of rounds shall be fixed based on the number of contestants. A whatsapp group will be formed for all sort of communications including the rules. By participating in our tournament, you consent to agree to the rules. PUBG servers and /or network may cause games to be rescheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of the organizers.
