No handicap restrictions apply. Players may enter singularly or in Teams of 2, 3 or 4. Note: GOLF NSW Match Committee reserves the right to combine single entries and pairs to constitute a Team. Courses to be used and the number of Teams on each Course to be determined after entries close. COURSES AND PARKING BOWRAL GOLF CLUB: On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday there is a shotgun start. You can access the 3 rd, 5 th, 6 th, 8 th, 13 th, 16 th and 17 th tees via the entry gates on Links Road, Burradoo Road and Kangaloon Road. Please ensure you register and collect your scorecard from Golf NSW Official located at the Bowral Clubhouse before proceeding to the tee. HIGHLANDS GOLF CLUB: On Monday there is a shotgun start. An entry gate and small car park is provided for players starting on holes 3 rd, 6 th, 7 th, 8 th, 9 th and 11 th tees. It is located on the Old Hume Hwy, past the Highlands Clubhouse, on the left, heading north, sign posted Willow Vale. Wednesday there is a single tee start, parking is available near the Pro shop and Clubhouse. Please ensure you register and collect your scorecard from the Golf NSW Official located near the Highlands Pro shop before proceeding to the tee. MT BROUGHTON GOLF CLUB: On Tuesday there is a shotgun start. All players are required to register and make their way promptly to their allocated tee. On Wednesday there is a two tee start from the 1 st and 10 th tees. There is ample parking available adjacent to the Pro shop. Registration on both days will be located near the Pro shop. MOSS VALE GOLF CLUB: On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday there is a shot gun start. All players are required to register and make their way promptly to their allocated tee. Registration on both days will be located near the Pro shop.

3 PLAYER INFORMATION Registration Registration must be done each day prior to commencing play (please have your Golflink number and current correct handicap available). Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to register. Following this, report to the starter at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. The 2012 Summer Meeting sees the use of one and two tee starts, as well as shot gun starts. Please take particular note of your tee time and which tee you are commencing from. Scorecard return and scoring On completion of your round, please return your scorecard to the designated scorecard return area in the clubhouse. Scores will be posted in the Clubhouse. Final scores will be available online at on completion of the event. Use of motorised carts Any player may use a motorised cart for any day in the event. Golf NSW accepts no responsibility for the availability of carts. A player s use of a cart will not be permitted to affect the draw. Dress Regulations All entrants must comply with the Host Club and Golf NSW Standard Dress Regulations. Failure to do so will result in the player not being permitted to commence their round. Presentation Presentations of prizes for the first three days of play will be conducted at Moss Vale Golf Club at 5.30PM on Wednesday 7 March All players are encouraged to attend. Withdrawal If you are unable to participate, please notify us immediately. On presentation of a medical certificate a full refund will be issued, less an administration fee. Contact Nicole Bessant Mobile or nicole.bessant@golfnsw.org Distance Measuring Devices Distance Measuring devices may be used, with the specimen local rule on page 136 of the Rules of Golf in place. Player and Caddy Responsibilities All Players and Caddies must adhere to commonly accepted standards of golfing etiquette and sportsmanship. Care of the course is an important aspect of etiquette and particular attention should be paid to the following: Repair divots, carry and use a sand bucket Repair pitch marks A breach may lead to disqualification under Rule 33-7 and/or to disciplinary proceedings under the Golf NSW Code of Conduct. A player is responsible for the actions of their caddy.

14 2012 WOMEN S SUMMER MEETING CONDITIONS These are to be read in conjunction with the Golf NSW Standard Conditions for Events Run by Golf NSW, the Golf NSW Code of Conduct and the Golf NSW Hard Card. Should a conflict occur between conditions, then the conditions outlined on the entry form take precedence. 1. Tournament Procedure 1.1 Reductions/Increases in Handicap before close of entries: It is requested, that if a player reduces or increases her handicap by more than 2 strokes after forwarding her entry and before the closing date, she contact Golf NSW so that she is drawn in the correct Division. If a player reduces or increases her handicap after the closing date for entries, she will remain in the Division in which she has been drawn for the duration of the Tournament and compete on her current handicap (but must play off no more than the maximum handicap for that division). 1.2 No reductions or increases in handicap will be made during the Tournament. Players will compete for the duration of the Tournament on the handicap current on the first day of play. Number of Divisions, Courses to be used, Program and Handicap Limits for each Division will be determined after close of entries. Players will be allocated to a division by Golf NSW based upon their handicap at the time of the draw. In the event of a partner in the Foursomes Event, or a Team Member in the Teams Event, being unable to compete, a substitute will be accepted. No additional fee is payable, provided an Entry Fee for that event has been paid by the original player. 1.3 Ties: In the event of a tie for the Div. 1, Div. 2 and Div. 3 Perpetual Trophies joint winners will be declared. All other ties to be determined using the Golf Australia Countback method. 2. Championship Play Committee 2.1 The Championship Play Committee will comprise the Chair of the Golf NSW Women s Match Committee, Golf NSW General Manager - Golf, and Golf NSW Chair Rules Committee, or their appointees. 2.2 In the absence of a full Championship Play Committee, such members that may be present at the time may give a decision, and any decision so given will be deemed to be a decision of the full Championship Play Committee. 3. Rules of Play The Rules of Golf, as adopted by R&A Rules Limited, will apply, together with Golf NSW Hard Card (see condition 18), and any additional Local Rules as drawn up by the Championship Play Committee. 4. Entries 4.1 Handicap: The event is open to female amateur golfers who hold a current Australian Women s handicap. The handicap limit of for this event is The entry fee is $40.00 (including GST) per day or $ (including GST) for four days of play. There is a discount for those entering online. 4.3 Entries must be made via the Golf NSW website, entry form issued by Golf NSW, or a facsimile copy thereof. Entry by is acceptable provided it is a scanned image of the official entry form. 4.4 In the event of entrants exceeding the number of places available in the event, entries shall be decided by the date received. Such entrants shall be informed without delay and given the opportunity to compete if withdrawals subsequently occur. Entrance fees will be refunded to entrants, who do not subsequently compete. A substitute eligible player will be permitted without the payment of an additional entry fee. 4.5 Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Championship Play Committee and will incur a $20 late fee. 4.6 Entry fees will only be refunded in the case of a withdrawal being advised before the closing time for entries, except for those entrants who fail to secure a place, or after the close of entries for medical reasons (a medical certificate must accompany a request for withdrawal on medical grounds). All refunds will incur a $10 processing fee. 4.7 Exemptions: there are no exemptions for this tournament. 5. Motorised Transport Is permitted in this event and player s must make their own arrangements with the host club. Golf NSW takes no responsibility for the availability of golf carts. 6. Practice Practice rounds prior to the event are at the discretion of the host club. Permission must be sought from the host and practice times may be booked directly with the Professional Shop. 7. Registration Competitors are encouraged to register 30 mins. before their starting time. 8. Pace of Play Rule 6-7 will be strictly enforced. See the Golf NSW Hard Card for Pace of Play conditions. 9. Trophies Trophy presentation will be held on Wednesday 7 March at Moss Vale Golf Club from approximately 5.30pm.
