2 HOW IT WORKS SILENT AUCTION For a closer look at our silent auction items and full item descriptions, stop by the silent auction tables located near registration. Got your eye on something? Place a bid on the corresponding bid sheet and check back throughout the day to make sure no one has outbid you. The silent auction closes at 6:30 - just in time for some last-minute bids! We will announce the winners before the live auction begins. LIVE AUCTION When the silent auction closes at 6:30, we're jumping right into the live auction. Get ready to raise those arms and bid on your favorite items! Check out the live auction items starting on page 4 of this catalog, or take a closer look at the items on the display table. If you're set on taking something home, raise those hands high and make sure you're heard by our auctioneer and auction spotters. If you are the lucky winner of one of our fabulous prizes, head to the payment table to complete payment and pick up your item, or wait until the auction is over so you don't miss any great deals! PAYMENT & PICKUP If you win a silent or live auction item(s), head to the payment table to complete payment and pick up your item(s). Some certificated items and trips will need to be mailed or coordinated with the winner following the tournament, so make sure we have your contact info!
