4 RULES On Course Golf Contests Three Guaranteed Winners receive a Carnival Cruise for Two (2) for 4 days to the Bahamas, the Caribbean or Mexico departing from the port cities of Pt. Canaveral, Miami and Long Beach. (Value $650+) Hole 5: Long Drive Contest Test your skills to see how far you can hit a marshmallow! Each player will receive 3 shots and the one that goes the farthest will be used as your shot for the contest. Participants may use any club in their bag, however, they may not tee the marshmallow up. The player that hits it the farthest wins. Hole 13: Closest to the Pin Do you need a vacation? Well the time is now! Tee up your favorite club on Hole 13 from 205 yards out. The end is simple, if you have the closest shot you are the winner! Hole 18: Putting Contest Participating Players will receive one chance to sink a 30-foot putt. If more than one player sinks the putt participating players will be entered into a putt off.

5 Putt off Rules Each player will take 1 putt from the following 3 distances that will be worth a certain amount of points. The player with the most points at the end will win. If we have a tie remaining players will putt from 60 feet and the player closest to the hole will win. 5 feet 1 Point 15 feet 3 Points 30 feet 5 Points GOLF CLASSIC GAMBLE Participants will receive 10 raffle tickets to start their round. Over the course of the round participants will test their luck with the opportunity to gamble their tickets. At the end of the round the remaining raffle tickets that each player has will be used as a single entry to win 1 of 10 authentic NFL jerseys autographed by some of the NFL s greatest athletes. The player with the most raffle tickets at the end of the round will be a guaranteed winner having his/her choice of one of the following jerseys. (Value $225-$450)

6 All 18 holes have the possibility of making an impact on the amount of raffle tickets you will have at the end of the day. Depending on your TEAMS score on individual holes will determine if participating players will earn additional tickets or have tickets taken away. Hole in One: +10 Tickets Eagle: + 3 Tickets Birdie: +1 Ticket Par Safe Zone Bogey: - 2 Tickets Double Bogey: - 5 Tickets Triple Bogey: - 10 Tickets ONLY participating players on your team who purchased the Golf Gamble package will receive tickets. Tickets will be distributed/taken on particular holes over the course of your round. Hole 3: Beat the Caddie Test your luck against Myrtle Beach s finest Caddie Girls. Gamble 1 or all of your remaining tickets. The game is simple- If your ball lands closer to the hole than the Caddies you win. If the Caddie fails to hit the green participating players automatically receive 3 additional tickets no matter the amount they gambled.

7 Hole 16: Spin the Wheel Ready for Wheel of Fortune? Take a chance and spin the Golf Classic Gamble Wheel. This contest is out of your hands, the wheel will decide your future for you. The Wheel will be divided into the following section. 1 Ticket 3 Tickets 5 Tickets Automatic + 3 Tickets Automatic 3 Tickets Depending on the section that you land on will be your bet for the hole. If you land on 1,3,5 Tickets that will be your particular bet. If you hit the green you win if you miss you lose. If you land on one of the AUTOMATIC sections your fate has already been decided.

8 RULES & REGULATIONS Tournament Style: Scramble Each team has 4 players on their team. The tournament is a 4-man scramble may the best team win! Rules: Each member of your scramble team will tee off from your starting hole for the tournament. Players may tee off with the golf club of their choosing not necessarily a driver. Choose the best tee shot through a consensus of your scramble tee to hit your next shot. The group can decide the best tee shot based on any criteria they choose. Mark the spot of the best tee shot with a golf tee or ball marker. Direct other players to pick up their balls and hit from within one club length of the marked spot. At the end of the round the top 2 teams with the best score will be awarded prizes.

11 PROUD PARTNERS TAILGATE CONTESTS 100 Square Super Bowl Pool Rules: Once the grid is full numbers will be drawn to determine the numbers that will be used to determine the winning squares. A winning square is a square that intersects the last digit of each team s score. Winners will be paid out at the end of each quarter, but if the game goes into overtime the final score will be used instead of the 4th quarter score.
