2 P a g e 1 of 6 Proceeds raised will go directly to Headspace Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services. Who we are Strata Community Association (SCA) is the peak industry body for Body Corporate and Community Title Management in Australia and New Zealand. Membership includes body corporate managers, support staff, committee members and suppliers of products and services to the industry. SCA proudly fulfils the dual roles of a professional institute and consumer advocate. SCA has in excess of 3,300 members who help oversee, advise or manage a combined property portfolio with an estimated replacement value of over $1.2 trillion.
