1 Dear Friend of Calvary, Plans for this year s annual golf tournament are well underway. This year s four-person scramble will be held FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 2016, at Tanglewood Golf Course in Fulton. There will be flights at 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. A barbecue lunch will be served prior to the tee off at 1:00 p.m., participants in both flights are invited to lunch. Participants and their families are invited to join us for dinner and awards immediately following the tournament s afternoon flight. Calvary s golf tournament has been a great blessing generating over $153,000 in the last 11 years. Funds from this tournament are used exclusively to assist Calvary families with student tuition assistance. Last year s financial need totaled $151,500, and assisted 54 families. It was a blessing that the tournament raised $13,960 to assist in meeting this need. You can see the importance of Calvary s Golf Tournament. There are two ways you can support this wonderful event. One is by forming a team and playing in the tournament, or becoming a tournament sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are listed below.
