5 General Information Terms & Conditions The Tournament Host agrees with The Links at Spruce Grove Golf Course, to comply with and be bound by the following conditions, policies and procedures: Pace of Play: Every tournament will adhere to The Links at Spruce Grove s pace of play rules and regulations. All tournaments will play in no longer than 4hrs 45 minutes and all tournaments will respect and follow golf course marshals instructions on pace of play. In the event the tournament is taking longer than the 4hr 25min maximum, the pro-shop staff will ask the tournament organizer to have the slower groups pick up their golf balls and catch up to the groups in front of them. Dress Code: All players will adhere to The Links at Spruce Grove s dress code. No cut-off shorts, tank tops, swim wear or offensive tee-shirts. Please refrain from wearing heeled footwear or metal spikes. Liquor Consumption: The Links at Spruce Grove golf course will not tolerate any outside liquor brought onto the golf course (i.e. ice chests, beer, coolers, or any liquor). If participant(s) are caught, they will be asked to leave the golf course by the golf course marshal. The Links at Spruce Grove staff is legally required to enforce A.G.L.C. rules and regulations in relation to liquor service. Liquor Service Regulations: During tournaments liquor may be sold and/or dispensed at temporary locations provided: a) service is limited to a maximum of one hole per front nine and one hole per back nine; and b) all liquor is purchased by the licensee and dispensed by licensee staff. The sale of liquor from motorized vending carts will be considered provided: a) non-alcoholic drinks and snack items are available for sale; b) the cart is operated by an adult staff member; and c) a maximum of one cart per nine holes is used. Patrons are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises/golf course. Liquor promotions on golf courses involving liquor suppliers, liquor agencies or their registered representatives have the following restrictions: a) selling or serving liquor by liquor suppliers or liquor agencies or registered representatives is prohibited; b) liquor for sampling cannot be brought onto the golf course by the liquor supplier, liquor agency or registered representative; c) liquor for sampling must be purchased from the golf course licensee; d) licensee staff only may serve liquor samples on the golf course; e) registered representatives may be present on the golf course to describe the merits of the liquor product to customers; and f) liquor supplier or liquor agency vehicles are not authorized on the golf course to dispense liquor products. NOTE: The information above was obtained from the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission website. ( All temporary locations (i.e. liquor holes) must be approved by the management at The Links at Spruce Grove.

6 Damages: The Links at Spruce Grove golf course shall not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered or incurred by any tournament participant. The tournament participants are responsible for any damages caused to personal residences adjacent to the golf course (i.e. broken windows). In the event that a participant has damaged a property and neglects to inform the tournament organizer or The Links at Spruce Grove golf course staff, the tournament host will be responsible for all costs associated with the damages. The tournament host is responsible for any damages to power carts, the golf course, the clubhouse or any fixed property of The Links at Spruce Grove golf course. Any lost or damaged rental clubs will be charged to the tournament host. The Links at Spruce Grove golf course is not responsible for any lost or damaged tournament signage. Please have all signage dropped off the day prior to the tournament with the corresponding hole locations attached to the sign. Weather: In the case of inclement weather, tournament play and meals will go ahead unless the golf course is deemed unplayable by The Links at Spruce Grove golf course superintendent. If the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the tournament host and golf course manager will select an alternate date or if no such date is available the tournament will be cancelled all together.
