2 October 2018 Karachi Club Publication Quiz Rama The much awaited game show and the king of the most regular games offered for participation of members, the Second Grand Bumper Quiz Rama was held on Saturday, 1st September 2018 at the Main Lawn with an attendance of over 1000 members who thoroughly enjoyed the well planned evening, with plenty of surprises and gifts. The snowball prizes of Rs. 300,000/ was equally shared among 3 lucky winners. The sponsors wholeheartedly gave away gifts to make the show a great success. Full credit goes to the Convenor Quiz Rama, A. Rashid Lehra (Jumbo) and his Sub Committee Club Members, who won the hearts of all the members for a memorable evening. Sumptuous food was available through various stalls. Enchanting Music was being played in the background to enhance the experience. That is what makes this show a much awaited program.

3 Club Karachi Club Publication October 2018 Health & Fitness Karachi Club Health and Fitness Committee under the convenership of Amin Merchant once again came up with another great awareness session especially for children on Vitamin D - Deficiency can lead to exacerbation in asthma & allergy in children by Dr. Ibrahim Yousuf - Paediatric Consultant on Friday, 7th September The members got complete information regarding asthma and allergy and its cure. It was definitely a much needed and informative seminar which enhanced the knowledge of members. Nazim Ismail Khandwala, Chief Guest along with, Karachi Club graced the occasion with their presence. Hats off to Amin Merchant, Convenor Health & Fitness and his team for organizing yet another conversant awareness session for the members of Karachi Club.

4 October 2018 Karachi Club Publication Bridge Club Bridge Bridge Committee under the convenership of Haresh Kumar Perwani organized its monthly bridge tournament for the bridge playing members of Karachi on Tuesday, 11th September 2018 at Karachi Club Annexe. Chief Guest, Muhammad Iqbal Dada along with Akber Hayat Khan, Secretary Bridge Committee graced the prize distribution ceremony., Muhammad Yousuf Suleman congratulated the winners of KC bridge Event which was held on Thursday, 27th September 2018 at Karachi Club (Main). Winners of KC Bridge Event were hasan Askari & Tehsin Gheewala while the Runners up wer Abid Bhaila & Akbar Hayat Khan. 5 Club Karachi Club Publication October 2018 RULE CORNER RULE NO EXPULSION OF MEMBER 27.1 Any false statement, declaration or representation with regard to any matter connected with the club made by any member to the club will on discovery of the same render a member liable to expulsion In case of false declaration at any time with regard of marital status of children, false declaration of age of children, declaration of adopted or relatives children as own children, thereby making such children eligible to become a member in their own right, shall automatically result in the expulsion of the member upon discovery. The Managing Committee shall have no discretion to make any relaxation in the application of this Rule. The expulsion of the membership will be with immediate effect upon receipt of written notification to him/her by the club All applicants for membership of the club are required to declare their current spouse(s) and children from current or past marriages at the time of applying for membership of the club. Any subsequent declaration of spouses and children that existed at the time of applying for membership will not be entertained and any member attempting to do so shall be liable for expulsion from the membership with immediate effect upon receipt of written notification to him/her by the club.
