1 Four Tests in One Weekend! The Vizsla Club of Colorado is holding these tests in conjunction with the Gordon Setter Club of America. Running Dogs in Congruent Tests AKC policy now allows dogs to run congruent in all levels. Dogs can now obtain legs/passes in different levels and work on earning titles at the same time. Example: A dog can run in Senior and Master levels in the same event and earn passes that will count toward the required pass total for each level. With regard to the number of passes needed, all other AKC requirements apply. Advanced Titles AKC now has Advanced titles (JHA, SHA, and MHA). A Pointing Hunting Test Advanced title is awarded when a dog passes five additional times with an average qualifying score of 8.0 or higher after earning its initial title in a test level. Bitches in season must run at the end of the last level to be judged on the respective field. Proceed south approximately 8 miles to Quincy Ave. (HWY 30), turn right on Quincy Ave. Turn left to get to the hunt test grounds. Conduct On The Grounds During the running of a Hunting Test there shall be no training on the grounds During the running of a Hunting Test there shall be no firing of live ammunition, except by the Official Gunners during the test. During the running of a Hunting Test there shall be no firing of blank pistols, except by the handlers during their brace running time. Waiver of Liability: The Vizsla Club of Colorado will be hosting the event on the location identified above. Land east of County RD 157 is the property of Strasburg Game Birds. The VCC has no control over the private use of that land. An entry in this hunting test constitutes a waiver of liability to the Vizsla Club of Colorado, its officers, members of/or owners of Strasburg Game Birds for any accidents, damage or injury in reference to the attendance at this hunting test in conjunction with the dogs, horses, vehicles, trailers and any other personal equipment.
