2 Dear Presidents, Dear Friends, The Inline Hockey Technical Commission, under the egis of WSK, has the pleasure to announce that the World Inline Hockey Championships 2018 will take place in Asiago/Roana, Italy. COMPETITION DATES Junior Men and Senior Women Championships: Arrival date (at least): July 12th, 2018 Official trainings: July 13th, 2018 Championships: July 14th through July 21th 2018 Departure Date: July 22th 2018 Junior Women and Senior Men Championships: Arrival date (at least): July 19th 2018 Official trainings: July 20h 2018 Championships: July 22th through July 28th 2018 Departure Date: July 29th 201

3 COMPETITION VENUES The organizers proposed the use of two main sites. First one is in ASIAGO, second one in ROANA. There are 6,2 km between these venues that is around 12 minutes driving. ASIAGO : a nice venue where a rink around 50 by 25 meters (164 by 82 feet) with standard boards will be installed for the championships. Spectator seats: around 2000 and the attendance could be around 3200/3200. ROANA : A rink around 50 by 25 meters (164 by 82 feet) with standard boards will be installed for the championships. 4 RECOMMENDED HOTELS AND OTHER SERVICES The organizers recommend to contact to get information on hotels or by phone Monday to Friday 09:00/21 :00 - Saturday & Sunday 09:00/18:30 this is Italy time UTC+1 Please be informed that local transportations and services will be granted just to those Federations that will proceed to the reservations through the Local Organizing Committee. REGISTRATION RULES Team size: shall consist of no more than 14 players plus 2 goalies. Registrations : The 2018 World Skate OFFICIAL World Championships for InLine Hockey are open to InLine Hockey Teams from all the National Federations affiliated with the World Skate, that will confirm their registration and pay the entry fee prior to the deadline. Senior Minimum Age: is fifteen (15) years as calculated on January 1st in the year of the Championship. Junior Age: The official World Skate Junior Championship age level for both male and female players is under nineteen (19) on December 31st, 20. The athletes eligible in 2018 are players born in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, To be absolutely clear on this subject, there will be no exception to the above rule on age. 17 Nationality: All participating team members will be required to prove appropriate nationality and age on the day prior to the scheduled games by means of a valid passport issued from the country being represented. WELCOME OFFICIAL LANGUAGE The delegations will be welcomed on behalf of the Organizing Committee upon arrival in VENICE (VCE),Verona (VRN) or Treviso (TVS) Airports. They will be brought to the host Hotels.

5 The official languages are English and Spanish. Interpretation from and into other languages should be organized by the delegations. A ll documents will be in English. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION Participants will be provided with round trip transportation from Official Airports (VCE,VRN,TSF) to the Official Hotels and from the Official Hotels to the venues during the World Championships. Service to join the venues will be explained on the spot by organizers. Accreditation Card will be required for access to official transportation service (except arrival day). TECHNICAL RULES The Inline Hockey Technical Regulations, 2016 edition and World Skate Rules will be valid for these Championships. The World Skate will inform you as soon as the platform will be open for the registration. Entry Fee is 1,100 US dollars. per team. This fee shall be applied separately for each male and female team participating in the World Championships. 6 CALL FOR COMMENTATORS In order to achieve a better communication during the matches that will be broadcasted via streaming and/or TV, the National Federations are requested to submit the name of one person that can be commentator for the event, preferably English speaking.
