2 DATE AND LOCATION Dear Sirs, We are very happy to welcome you to the second edition of the World Roller Games that will be held in Barcelona, Spain from 30th June to 14th July, The beautiful city of Barcelona will host a unique event in which thousands of talented athletes will compete and reveal the best of their potential for the title of World Champion. 11 World Championships in urban setting, 15 days of sport and sharing, a truly unforgettable experience on wheels! 3 DELEGATES MEETING In order for you to feel as comfortable as possible during your participation in the World Roller Games and address all your needs and enquiries, the Local Organizing Committee will welcome you to the Delegates Meeting that will take place in Barcelona on the 15th and 16th October, Please note that the LOC in agreement with World Skate decided to organize the Delegates Meeting soon after the end of the Artistic World Championships in France in order to facilitate the participation of all the National Delegates already present in Europe. We hope you enjoyed this initiative and we pray you to organize your trip so you can attend the meeting. The Delegate Meeting is aimed at National Delegates, Team Leaders, NF Technical Directors, Heads of mission, etc., and will focus on: - WRG2019 logistical and operational information - Application and registration process - Visit Parc Montjuïc - Visit official hotels To arrange your visit in Barcelona please contact: info@wrg2019.org ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT The Local Organizing Committee has hard work to made available the following number of hotels for each cluster where the different competitions will take place: Seafront Zone: 5 reserved hotels Central Zone: 5 reserved hotels Plaza España Zone: 11 reserved hotels Hospitalet Zone: 5 reserved hotels Please take note that when booking one of the Official Hotels, it will be guaranteed: - Reception at the airport and hotel transfer - Loading and unloading areas - Hotel pick up and transfer to airport - Hotel venue hotel shuttle system - Assistance at official ceremonies and different events Transportation and services will not be granted to those National Federations that will not proceed to the booking through the Local Organizing Committee. 3

4 REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER TO SPAIN VISA For all those who will need to apply for an entry visa in Spain these are the general requirements to travel to Spain: - Valid Passport - Visa issued by the Spanish consular delegation in the country of origin - WRG2019 Letter of Invitation: must be requested before 01/05/ Return flight ticket - Documentation of the place of accommodation in Barcelona Should you need any assistance to obtain a Spanish entry visa please contact: invitationletter@wrg2019.org *Please consider these requirements might change from country to country, so please check the requirements with the Spanish consulate/embassy of your country. REGISTRATION As per the previous edition, the registration for the participating athletes and their staff will take place through World Skate Sports Entry Platform. The Platform will open April 15th 2019 and will close on May 31 st You can access the Platform through the following link: Your user name and password are the same that were provided to register for the World Championships, in case you lost them or for any further information or request do not hesitate to contact us at platform@worldskate.org Please keep in mind the above dates as no registration will be accepted after the closing date of the platform.
