3 Mixed Team Tournament Saturday, May 12th 2018 Weight Categories Séniors: -57Kg/-73Kg/-70Kg/-90Kg/+70Kg/+90Kg Cadets: -48Kg/-55Kg/-57Kg/-66Kg/-70Kg/- 81Kg/+70Kg/+81Kg Joint Clubs Joint Clubs are allowed to take part in this competition. For organizational purposes, all participating clubs are kindly requested to send the composition of their teams before May 9th 2018 The Weigh-ins 8h30-9h30 Cadets and Seniors Judokas fighting on both Saturday and Sunday won t have to weigh in twice (unless they request it). To prevent any type of mishandling, random checks of the Judokas weight could be done. Registration Fees 60 Per Team and 100 per 2 teams. The inscription is finalized once the fees are paid. By mail with the inscription form.

4 This Event Is Organized As follows 9h45-10h00: Draw 10h00: Starting with the seniors; 4 groups of 4 contestants and then the cadets; 2 groups of 4 contestants (The first two judokas will be directly qualified for the main chart; the last two ones will be on the Consolation chart.) 14h30: Beginning of 1/ /4 de Senior Chart et the 1/2 finals cadets (Main and Consolation chart.) 16h30: Beginning of the Finals NB: The Organization Committee can proceed to the modification of the planning of the day if needs be. Contest Rules And Regulations: Blue Judogi and back numbers are allowed. The contest lasts 3 minutes in the group phase and 4 minutes in the chart. A draw (hikiwake) is possible during the pool phase. Golden Score is only possible in the charts. In case of a perfect draw (wins and points) we will proceed to making a new category draw and the contest will begin directly under Golden Score. Awards Distribution The awards will be handed to athletes in white judogi (bare-foot) Award Allotment (Trophies and/or medals and/or package) to the first four main and consolationn teams The distribution of awards will be accompanied by the winner s National Anthem. A Judoka/team will be disqualified in the following cases A direct Hansokumake (Diving) does not prevent a Judola from fighting again/ Hansokumake over a dangerous move gives the Judoka the right to participate in the next contest. Hansokumake over an anti-sports movement means a judoka will not fight again for the whole day. Anyone who causes unrest/trouble during the event will be disqualified
