4 WA-WM PTA Council 1205 S. 70 th Street West Allis, Wisconsin ATTN: Local PTA Presidents & Treasurers The following is a list of expected payments for the school year. Adherence to the deadlines will keep your unit in good standing with WA- WM PTA Council and insure eligibility for awards. Payments can be made at any council meetings up until the deadlines listed below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Douglas Freiberg at or treasurer@wawmptacouncil.org. COUNCIL DUES: $ elementary schools; and $50.00 for secondary schools. Dues are to reach the Council Treasurer no later than December 1, If dues are received later than December 1, 2017, it will affect your awards eligibility. Please make the check payable to: WA-WM PTA Council. WA-WM PTA SCHOLARSHIP FUND: requested of all PTA units. The recommended formula is fifty cents (.50) per student enrolled for the current school year. Donations are due as soon as your budget allow, no later than December 1, Choosing not to contribute will affect your awards eligibility. Please make checks payable to: WA-WM Scholarship Fund. SURVIVE ALIVE: requested of all PTA Units. Donations are due as soon as your budget allows, no later than March 1, Choosing not to contribute will affect your awards eligibility.
