TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION Travel and accommodation expenses to and from Moudon (Switzerland) must be covered by registered teams. Nearest airport: Geneva All participants must hold a valid identity card. Visa obligations must be respected. All riders and attendants must hold insurance valid in Switzerland. Visas Each team is responsible for obtaining documents for their delegation appropriate entries. 5 3. OFFICIAL MEETINGS 3.1 COMMISSAIRES PANEL MEETING Thursday, at 16:00 at the Commissaires office located in Ancienne caserne in Moudon, 100 m from the competition area 3.2. CONFIRMATION / LICENCE CHECK / DISTRIBUTION OF RACE NUMBERS The license check, the initial confirmation of riders, the distribution of race numbers and transponders will be organized on Thursday, from 13:00 to 16:00 at the race headquarters located in Salle de la Douane in Moudon close to the competition area Team managers must confirm all starters, presenting all licences (with passport or id card) TEAM MANAGERS MEETING Thursday, at 16:00 Team managers meeting room: Ancienne caserne, in Moudon, 100 m from the competition area 5

PARTICIPATION Categories: Elite 20, Elite 26, Women, Juniors 20, Juniors 26 Every nation may register a maximum of 8 starters per category. Starts: no double starts for Elite and Juniors Number ranges: Elite 26 numbers 1 40 for handlebars Elite 20 numbers for handlebars Juniors 26 numbers for handlebars Juniors 20 numbers for handlebars Women: numbers for handlebars with yellow color bar at the bottom of the number plate. 7 Identification for athletes and helpers by bracelet (with different colors for the categories). Entering sections is allowed for bracelet owners only. The National Federations have to register their riders directly on the UEC website ( Deadline for the registrations (riders, staff and NF Official Delegates) 10 July 2018 (23:59 CET) Riders must compete in their national jersey. ARTICLE 4. AWARDS CEREMONIES In accordance with articles and of the UCI Regulations, the 3 best riders of each category must attend the official awards ceremony. Unless otherwise stated, riders shall appear at official ceremonies wearing competition clothing. Riders must present themselves at the podium. ARTICLE 5. 8 ARTICLE 6. PENALTIES The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable. ARTICLE 7. RESPONSIBILITIES The organizers and UEC will not, under any circumstances, be liable to any accidents or damage that occurs during training and competitions. The organizers and UEC decline all responsibilities towards the riders and others in case of an accident. For all cases not covered by these specific regulations, the UCI rules will apply.
