3 GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Place: Training Headquarters Military Academy Vyškov The shooting range Plzeň Lobzy 2. Composition of the Mission: Chief of Mission 1 Team Captain 1 Coach men 1 Coach women 1 Competitors men 6 Competitors women 4 TOTAL Military Status Competitors must be military personnel on active duty in the Armed forces of their respective country with an up to date military identity card. 6. Regulation The competition will be governed by following regulation: - The CISM Regulations Edition 2011and the CISM Military Pentathlon Regulations Edition Condition of Stay During your stay in the Czech Republic from May 30 to June 3, 2016 the participating missions will be guests of the Czech Armed Forces. Suitable board and lodging will be provided at the expense of the organizer. The organisers will take care of medical support (first aid) on site. A doctor and an ambulance will be present in order to administer first aid. Further costs incurred for medical support are to be borne by the participants. Participants health insurance should be valid in Czech Republic. 8. Sport facilities Shooting: 20 lanes; electronic scoring system m Obstacle run: 4 curves Obstacle swimming: 50m outdoor pool Throwing: 4 competition lanes and 2 warming up lanes Cross-country: various ground 9. Transportation The cost of travel to the point of arrival in the Czech Republic will be the responsibility of each participating mission as well as the cost of travel from the point of departure back home. The transport from and return to the arrival point will be provided by the organizer. 10. Uniforms Service uniform is required for the Closing Ceremonies.

9 ANNEX : II C COMMITMENT BY THE CHIEF OF MISSION Nation: The undersigned Chief of Mission hereby accepts the following prescriptions: Conduct of a mission 1. The Chief of Mission is responsible for the behavior of his team in sports and general discipline. He shall ensure that members of his mission respect the rules and directives prescribed by CISM and organizers of the championship. The respect of schedules is particularly important as they form the basis for the effective conduct of competitions and ceremonies. Instances of indiscipline or poor sportsmanship will be handled by Championship officials and may result in the disqualification of individual athletes or teams. 2. The Chief of Mission shall also enforce the rules concerning behavior and dress during the ceremonies. He plays an important role in promoting the CISM spirit among his mission, a spirit represented by friendly attitude towards other missions, courtesy towards organizers and fair-play in competition. 3. In conformity with the Statutes and traditions of CISM, any political or religious action during a CISM event, in particular the dissemination of propaganda documents, pictures, brochures, reviews, etc, is strictly forbidden.
