The start bibs will be delivered at the start of the competition. PAYMENT Team Payment at the VIP hall (Boule) at the Venue of Lassalyckan, before or after the TCM. Friday January 20 th Saturday January 21 th START AND RESULT Start lists will be handed out after each Team Captains Meeting. Start lists and results are available at the Race Office and Team Area as soon as possible before and after every competition round. These data will also be available on our website: TEMPERATURE INFORMATION You can find the information on billboards at the Team Area and at the Race Office, but also frequently via FIS Whatsapp Temperature will be measured both at Stadium at lowest point of the course (LP) as well as the highest point of the course (HP). Saturday Sunday every hour from early morning.

3 WINNER CERMONIES Flower and winner ceremonies for the day directly after each competition are held in the finish zone. PRIZE MONEY Payment of prizemoney and Swedish Tax information for prize money: (according to Swedish law of 2018) An athlete who receives prize money in Sweden for the first time must present a copy of his/her PASSPORT to the organizer. Each athlete is responsible for informing OC (caroline.ahlberg@worldcupulricehamn.com) of his/her bank and personal details. Please fill out and send the bank transfer form for prize money. Prize money will be paid as soon as the organizer has received requested information as stated above. Swedish tax and social contributions The gross amount of the prize money will be reduced according to; 1. Income tax -15,00 %, for all the prize winner regardless of the country. 2. And additional, Social contribution -31,42%, If the prize winner is a citizen from a country other than EU/EES: For citizen from a country other than EU/EES The tax burden can be reduced to -15 %, if the athlete is a citizen in a country outside EU/EES, which cooperate with Swedish authorities regarding social contributions. The athlete must then present a certification of coverage which shows that he/she belongs to the social insurance system (pays social contributions) in his/her own country. Please contact your home country s tax association for the certificate. See the venue map. ATHLETES CLOTHES In all races, the LOC will transport clothes from start to finish area. The athletes way back from Mixed Zone to Team Area is marked. The athletes must walk this way back in front of the tribunes. FIRST AID First aid staff wear a yellow paramedic uniform and will be present in the finishing area and along the course and will only be on duty during practice and competitions periods. The athletes can reach the competition doctor at the venue during competitions days.

4 DRESSING ROOMS Several dressing rooms are available in the Team Area main building where the athletes can find both toilets and shower possibilities. Please find sketch below pointed with two blue crosses. TEAM AREA OFFICE The Team Area Office is situated at the yellow cross on the picture below. At the Team Area Office you will check in and registrate and get all the necessary information for your nation. Please contact Tobias Hendén or Owe Isacsson if you have any questions. The Team Area is a restricted area!
